I guess a lot would depend on WHERE you are applying.....
 
Please be a troll post, but in case it's not: once a TD has dried completely, it should be fine for someone else to touch the area, but personally I would avoid prolonged contact when possible. As for oral sex . . . Just don't put TD's on your ding-dong? I would guess it would be higher risk as you'd be putting the medication directly into someone else's body instead of just some small amount getting on their skin without a carrier.
 
Op, if your rubbing TD on you and then giving head its fine. I mean unless your putting it in your mouth

Definitely not on my ding-dong I imagine it would have a burning sensation.
