Top music picks for the gym

I usually have my mixes on of Atreyu, Killswitch Engage, Five Finger Death Punch, All that Remains etc...pretty much any good hard rock/metal

I like this song, and someone put a cool little vid/slideshow to go with it....

Dude I can't believe I didn't think of this...Rancid "..And out come the wolves." Amazing album. I wouldn't say it's good for heavy lifting, although there are a few good heavy lifting songs on there. Opens up with Maxwell Murder, which is a pretty rough punk song. There's a few others. But it's real catchy and has good energy. Good for cardio or if you're doing high reps and wanna keep your mind off the lactic acid build up.

Cannibal Corpse, Whitechapel, deicide, job for a cowboy, despised icon, fear factory......

Heavy metal & gangster rap. Old & new.

Metallica, three six mafia, slipknot, crime mob, Ted nugent,

Music makes a huge difference, if I forget my headphones, I have a terrible workout.

Music doesn't work for me in the gym or anywhere. I have odd shaped ears and no pair of headphones works for me. In ear, over ear, all bothersome. So whatever is on the speakers there I guess, even then it's blocked out

I know this isn't a popular opinion but I love listening to Country in the gym and outside the gym.

I love it. It just does it for me.

there's nothing wrong with that. I have alot of country ass friends, they get pumped up listening to it all the time.

No doubt, I even consider it as a supl, a mood enhacer, focous, energy booster... Psytrance full on morning. 145bpm crashing my mind over jack3d! Wkt is a real plasure
Try the project named inyersys

I listen to country when in the truck driving and relaxing but nothing wrong with it if you like it in the gym. I just can't listen to pop music and workout. My gym keeps playing Brittney Spears ****.

Alice In Chains - Dirt
Queens of the Stone Age - Queens of the Stone Age
Metallica - Garage Inc, Disc 2

Those have always by far my most listened to gym albums of all time. Other runners up are:

...And You Will Know Us By The Trail of Dead - Source Tags & Codes
Late of the Pier - Fantasy Black Channel
The Prodigy - Experience: Expanded
Silverchair - Freak Show
and any Girl Talk

Rebecca Black - Friday

OMG

the glitch mob - drink the sea mixtape ....simply amazing...

and that song civilization by justice (on the new adidas commercial)
