Trying to grow my pecs.
I do a two day split ATM. Chest and Legs for workout one, Back and Shoulders for workout two. I do some accessory work for those opposite groups, to make it slightly more of a full body workout. I have recently added in 5 sets of incline pushups on some of my off days.
I have been applying Top Muscle roughly 30 minutes prior to my two training days and prior to push up days.
Am I doing this right?
Need to apply twice a day?
Does dosage(pumps) matter or just make sure my chest is fully covered?
