Top 5 supps

I've found high dosages(40gm a day) of bcaa's and creatine to be effective.
 
Probably useless comin from a skinny guy like me but the basics seem to be

1) Protein Powder
2) BCAA's or EAA's
3) Fish Oil

I'm trying now:

4) ZMA

And probably into one of these to help with putting down food:

5) Gut Health/Black Hole/Grub On

Is Centrum really that bad a multi? I have Centrum Performance, probably look into the Adam multi after this bottle is done.
