Kept my weight training up but been eating horrible feel nasty and fat and lazy. So what are best cardios to get my ass back in shape and I weigh 190 and ideas?
actually humana are inefficient runners, thats why we can only maintain topspeed for low periods of time and arnt awkward when we go slow. watch a gazzel run its amazingly beautiful but watching it walk its awkwars!! An uncivilized african tribe( this was recorded from a far of helicopter and people away from them) hunt on the open plains at an average speed of 2.8mph. We are efficent walkers, bad runners!

yuppers, but if you look at the time period a human can maintain top speed for about 115m max.. a cheatah for 500m. If you look at the biomechanics of humans and other animals. Humans most efficient means of movement is a brisk walk and by effiecient i mean the least loss if energy to outside means such as friction and heat. but an animal such as a cheetah most efficient means is in the high 40s
hahahaha, ima just talking about what our speed our body moves the most effectively .. I actually researched it more when i learned it in ap bio.. plus if there is a bear im pulling out the 4.6 40
Try adding some HIIT running, 15 minutes (slow for 30seconds/fast for 30...repeat) will get you sweating for sure. I do 1 or 2 every week to break up the monotony of running.
