Too much B vitamins?

Currently taking a multi that is pretty well dosed+b100 complex... I take these separately. But also realized that two scoops of amino IV had a high dose of b12 and b6... I take 4 scoops a day (5-6 days a week) and always at least two scoops... Is this too much B's?

I ask bc I have unexplained peeling of the skin on my hands and now my feet are starting... I am just looking for ANYTHING that could be causing it.

Noone should ever need a b complex if they have a varied and adequete diet
