Too late for an AI?

I'm on my 7th week of my test c 500mg/week cycle, I've developed a lump slighty under and the left of my right nipple. It's about nickel sized and is kind of long and oval shaped rather than round. I am experiencing some slight sensitivity and soreness. It's not extremely noticable when I look at it but I definitely know it's there.. I have had naturally puffy nips my whole life and I always carried a very thin layer of fat on my abdomen and chest. When my nipples are cold they looo perfectly normal. I've been running Nolva for the past week at 20mg/day with no improvement. I completely admit to being an idiot by not running an AI throughout, I'm starting to get freaked out and am considering ordering some letro, but I wouldn't recieve it for atleast another week or so. Is it too late to add and AI?

Not too late. Keep up the nolva till you get the letro. Bump it up to 30-40 ed for the time being. Should cut down on the sensitivity but not the lump. You need some letro asap. Get some exem as well. Don't stop the test or it could get worse. You'll be fine. It's best to fight gyno during cycle than after

Others know way more about that than I do. I've never needed letro before. I use aero about 4 weeks in to the end. Some use prami along with letro. You're gonna have to do more leg work on yer own...

Simple answer is yes for most. I had small lumps and after running letro off cycle for 2 weeks @ 1.25mg both lumps completely recessed. This was also apparent for a close friend of mine after his test e cycle.

If I were you, get the letro, run it while on cycle and take nolva at 20-40mg a day until you can start your letro. You'll notice the lumps will remain the same on nolva, but shouldn't increase in size.

I'm about to order some letro asap. I'm currently taking nolva at 20mgs/day, when I start the letro I should stop the nolva completely right? And then do I start the nolva again for the rest of my cycle after I taper off of the letro to prevent any estro rebound?

Yep, once you have the nolva dose that anywhere up to 2.5mg a day starting by tapering up(plenty of info on how to dose it out there on google). I personally didn't go about 1.25mg but being that you're on cycle the sides might not be so bad. I personally didn't taper off letro, but a lot of people do, I guess it boils down to how high a dose you go. Once the lumps have receded, or around 2 weeks of letro then come off that and use nolva @ 20/10 for the following two weeks to stop rebound.

It sounds like you're on top of it all, so don't stress, letro will more than likely work and you'll be back to normal soon enough.
