Tony & Paul - Workout - Chest 45 - Tuesday 26th June 2018

Yesterday's chest workout was great, awesome strength and power from the high calories and carbs on sunday, todays back and arms workout was also awesome, adding in more calories and cheating seems to allow for me to get leaner which is awesome, i have another high food day tomorrow, and the may push the other one 3 days or just go for sunday depending on how things go, i feel E3D might be a better option to remain leaner overall, if i do gain too much fat during the summer period i will just remove the high calorie refeed days for 2-3 weeks or upto 1 whole month and perform a mini cut.

I've been doing incline leg raises for years, a gut killer for sure---used to do them with ankle weights when I was younger!!!
 
thebigt they do seem to work and be a little harder than flat bench leg raises, i prefer to do them on the standing frame though which i have not done for a while, later today i will be doing a back workout up the other gym so i will add them in.
 
Nice video. What are the dimensions of your home gym?

Not sure 100% it is being extended further so will be around 30-40 % bigger than it is currently, it has had one upgrade which is the area i am doing crossovers in and perform smith machine press and leg press / extensions. I will check measurements in its current state and post them back later for you.

It has been very hot over here in the UK which has slowed down progress on video editing, this is why there is a delay in videos being made, this is for wednesdays workout back and arms which went very well, good overall strength and energy levels.

Tony & Paul - Workout - Shoulders 21 - Thursday 28th June 2018

Thursdays shoulder workout which was also on the high calorie refeed based day which i will update with a video and calories consumed along with weight gain from mass of calories when video is made and uploaded. This workout went awesome and a performed a couple of giant sets with standing shoulder press, front delt flyes, wall flys, and cable side and rear laterals, i just kept going due to the energy from all of the carbs and had a great shoulder session.

Update from Thursday 28th June 2018 Mass Calorie Day

Thursdays high food refeed was more like a cheat day and went Great, i was up 9.5 lbs in one day to 14st 2.25 or 198.25lbs

Tony was up 10.75 lbs in one day to 10st 7.75 lbs or 147.75lbs

Kcals and Macros:

Me: 14:474 Kcals, 678.63g Protein, 1662.63g Carbohydrates, 555.62g Fats * used 6 defuse, 6 White Kidney Bean, 8 Lipomyl, to offset calories, carbs and fat intake, also added in 6 caps of SlinMax, 2 , 2 , 2 split though day, i feel the additional slin max and 3 caps of defuse worked well due to me not looking bloated on friday, i also only gained around 10 lbs where i can gain upto 14 max. "I think this is the max i have ever hit in one day"

Tony: 11:744 Kcals, 347.99g Protein, 1514.6g Carbohydrates, 455.1g Fats * Very high on calories new record has been set,very high for him, he normally does 6 k calories on re-feeds so is still pushing the limits without being too bloated, fats are helping him get in more calories. All he used were some digestive enzymes to aid with processing the food.

Sunday 1st July 2018 Weight Update For Week.

Weekly weigh in.

Paul (ME)13st 13.75 lbs or 195.75 lbs up 11.25lbs in one week

Tony 10st 2.5 lbs or 142.5 lbs up 5.5 lbs in one week

Both of us have filled up more from the high calorie day last thursday, on calipers we both seem to have gone up a few lbs in lean mass and have a slight increase in bodyfat but it has not had any impact on appearance.
 
At the start of our cutting phase 11 weeks ago we had performed around 48 of those mass calorie days 2 per week, so 24 weeks or 6 months straight and the max i got to was around 216.75lbs. And Tony got up to 164.75lbs.
 
Tony & Paul - Workout - Legs 145 Friday 29th June 2018

Here is the video for Fridays Leg workout, strength and energy levels are back to normal now from the high calorie days and i am feeling great my weight is up and i am able to have much better workouts, i may keep doing the high calorie days every 3 days for a few weeks and if i feel my condition fades too much i will do a mini cut for 2-3 or even 4 weeks straight to lower fat if required for August and September which are normally the hottest summer months.

I seem to have regained my strength back on front squats but do not know if my recovery for quads is enough because i am training them every Friday and Sunday now where i used to train them Friday and Monday.

My current GDA is SlinMax which seems to work well in combo with Defuse, i can get hold of GlycoBol XT by AI Sports, anyone rate it as a good GDA compared to SlinMax because i have never used it and can easily get some over here in the UK.

I remember using glycobol years ago when it 1st came out-back when AI sports was a sponsor here...I really liked it at the time bud not sure how it would compare to more recent formulations-or if glycobol is even the same formula it was back then? it seems AI sports is/has gone thru some significant changes.

Thanks for reply, i may wait then until strong supps has Glycoshield in stock because they ship to the uk in around 3-5 days which is much faster than the 2-3 weeks wait from nutriverse.

Tony & Paul - Workout - Legs 146 - Sunday 1st July - Monday 2nd July 2018

Sundays and Yesterdays leg workouts, i have been performing quads on Sunday and Hamstrings & Calves on Monday, Splitting up the workout seems to be better and cut the workout down to 2 - 50 minute to 1 hour sessions rather than it being a full 2 hour workout.

Thanks, energy levels are much better from the mass calorie days we have been adding in, last one was Monday 2nd July which a video is being made for now and i will post the calories and weight gain for the morning after. I am holding off until Sunday for the next one so will have 5 days of low calories Tuesday-Saturday.

Update from Monday 2nd July 2018 Mass Calorie Day And Weight Tuesday 3rd July After

Mondays cheat day and went Great, i was up 5.5 lbs in one day to 14st 2 or 198lbs

Tony was up 11 lbs in one day to 10st 12.5 or 152.5lbs

Kcals and Macros:

Me: 14:759 Kcals, 611.6g Protein, 1643.45g Carbohydrates, 593.55g Fats * used 9 defuse, 6 White Kidney Bean, 8 Lipomyl, to offset calories, carbs and fat intake, also added in 6 caps of SlinMax, 2 , 2 , 2 split though day, i feel the additional slin max and 3 caps of defuse worked well due to me not looking bloated on friday, i also only gained around 5.5 lbs which is very low considering the amount of calories i eat.

Tony: 9:260 Kcals, 228.01g Protein, 1214.29g Carbohydrates, 379.07g Fats * not as high on calories ,but still high for him, fats are helping him get in more calories. All he used were some digestive enzymes to aid with processing the food.

Yesterday's leg workout went really well, i was able to get back up to 1100 lbs on my last set of leg press for 10 reps which was decent considering i am only 2 weeks out of the 10 week cut, i feel no real strength has been lost during this cut which has made it a great success.

Yesterday's Very High Calorie Day went Great, i was up 11.75 lbs in one day to 14st 4 or 200lbs

Tony was up 9.5 lbs in one day to 10st 12.25 or 152.25lbs

Kcals and Macros:

Me: 12:870 Kcals, 678.36g Protein, 1250.73g Carbohydrates, 547.75g Fats * used 9 defuse, 6 White Kidney Bean, 6 Lipomyl, to offset calories, carbs and fat intake, also added in usual 6 caps of SlinMax, 2 , 2 , 2 split throughout the day, i feel the additional slin max and 3 caps of defuse work well to offset any major bloat the following day and i wake up looking much fuller and midsection becomes blocky. fullness is great and pumps for workouts are improved. Vascularity also improves greatly. I was up 11.75 lbs from all of these calories this morning which is more than from the last high calorie day where around 14k calories were taken in, i also consumed around 7-8 litres of liquids yesterday, when eating mass carbs i become super thirsty and have to keep downing water. " I also add in BCAAs for these days for my intra workout water 1 serving of lemon swolemate was used, the flavouring of the lemon version is very nice and i feel on par with the lemon lime Xtend i have tried in the past and the Lemon Lime Alpha Amino.

Tony: 10:087 Kcals, 325g Protein, 1131.68g Carbohydrates, 461.8g Fats * higher on calories for this day ,the fats are still helping him get in more calories. All he used were some Lifeplan Digestive Enzymes to aid with processing the food. Tony also looked fuller from the extra food and has much better workout performance the days after, He did find squatting a little more difficult due to having consumed around 7k calories prior to the workout.

I feel its to do with water due to us running low carb usually under 50 grams most days and then when we go upto 1k+ carbs stores can fill up, also due to the mass of food consumed that is still in the system the day after the mass food eating day.

Quads on Sunday, Calves and Hamstrings on Monday, i feel it is much better breaking this workout up over 2 days, squatting was a little more difficult on the high food day due to having consumed a large portion of the food prior to the workout.

Tony & Paul - Workout - Chest 47 - Tuesday 10th July 2018

We both had a great chest workout yesterday, left elbow has been a little sore though when using the heavier dumbbells for bench press, we changed things up for this workout and supersetted incline dumbbell bench press with incline dumbbell flyes which worked well to more effectively work the chest. We also supersetted dumbbell pullovers with cable flyes, sometimes we do this to complete the workout quicker and to increase the overall intensity.

Todays back and shoulder workout, energy and strength was great, first exercise wide grip pulldowns and plate loaded rows were done superset to make up for lost time, workout normally takes 1 hour and 20 mins we cut it down to 1 hour today and performed, wide grip lat pulldowns, plate loaded rows, pull ups, narrow grip low cable rows, reverse grip pulldowns, plate loaded scissor type shoulder press that is very uncomfortable, lateral raises on machine, and reverse delt flyes on chest flye machine. All exercises performed for 4 main working sets with some warm up sets not included, rep ranges are always 10+ sometimes 12-15 depending on feel and energy levels. Due to great energy levels i have been saving my pre workouts for harder sessions.

good for you...I haven't had a workout in a long time with no pre-workout!!!

Arms workout went really great, had massive pump due to mass calories consumed earlier in the day, also was able to use 130 lb dumbbell behind head for triceps, normally just use 95lb one.
