Tomoxifin and acne

Can tomoxifin cause acne? I have been off cycle for 6 weeks now and my acne is getting really bad. The only thing I am taking is tamoxifine 40/day to try clear up some gyno. Would this be causing the acne?

Umm, yup. Upregulation of your HPTA is more than likely the cause of increased acne episodes.
