Stenadrol is still 4 caps a day and Tr3st is 150mg a day. Really starting to see and feel something now. I don't know which product is most responsible but looks like it's going to be a good combo!
 
How much longer do you have in your cycle now? I'm just wondering if you should start ordering new shirts...

Depending on how I feel I may consider 8. I will have 2 weeks worth of Stenadrol left. My last cycle was epi/tren which I ran 8 weeks. It was brutal, sickness, back pumps. This run I've had no issues, so may extend it to 8.

Sounds weird but I have seen a big mass increase on my back and shoulder width.

No workout yesterday, got home late then had paper work until 1am. Have been nauses off and on for past week. My kids have all had a stomach virus so it's been biting on me too. Just sucks trying to bulk and you have no appetite or you have the anti-appetite. I've been drinking lots of BCAAS though. Still getting about 2400 cals, just need to be closer to 3000.
 
Make sure you slam a lot of Glutamine. It helps with your immune system and recovery. :fing02:
 
Yup. I started taking 10 grams of L Glutamine a day.
 
Yeah MrKleen73 mentioned that a few weeks back, since then I've been taking about 15g a day. Hopefully this will end soon so I can pack on about 15 more pounds before this is over!

Day 28. After posting this morning my nausea has left, and I've been eating like a mofo! I upped my TransForm to 2 pumps a day, feeling a little nipple sensitivity. Worked back and biceps tonight. More back with a light burnout on barbell curls.

Good workout dude. Starting to incorporate more squeezing and flexing the weight myself. Gets the pump going!!
