is the new formula double the strength of the old one? using it for thinning hair purposes and needing to know if i have to take it once a day or twice

It's the same formula. Take 1 scoop daily with a source of fat (to enhance absorbtion).

ok. thought i read it was 2 scoops. so i should take with like peanut butter or fish oil?
 
plan on using toco 8 during an epi pulse along with the TRS, should I start toco 8 2 weeks before epi and run al the way until PCT is over?
