I have already emailed you guys about my Order #12193 but did not receive any reply. Can someone help me out with this international shipping which is driving me crazy and in pain (need the devil claw badly). I checked the USPS website and the information kind of jammed there without anymore update:

Processed, March 03, 2008, 11:12 am, MIAMI, FL 33112
Processed, March 01, 2008, 8:40 am, MIAMI, FL 33112
Acceptance, February 29, 2008, 3:00 pm, FAYETTEVILLE, GA 30214

I emailed USPS asking why my order was processed twice in Miami and the guy emailed me that they have no idea. If they have no idea, who will? Anyway, they want the US sender to call and check, which was why i emailed you guys 2 days ago. Can you help me checked with them, since i can't call myself (i 'm from singapore) where my package is right now. Is it on the way to singapore or is it lost already. Can you advise what will happen to my order if the package was lost. Do you send out another one or that's it.

Can someone at nutraplanet really check for me. Really appreciate this as this has never happen when i placed my order with BB.com.

I am really relieved to see some update. You know how expensive international shipping. How can i not be worried.Moreover, i am waiting for the devil's claw badly. Anyway,glad someone finally reply. Thanks.
