Looking for some of the experts opinions. I take a ton of supplements and often feel like im swallowing pills all day long. I take most of my supplements for general health i am looking for some opinions on if i should cut some stuff out or if i may be harming myself. I eat 6 meals a day all high in protein, good fats and good carbs so i am not using supplements as a food replacement.

1 Now adam multivitamine
1 hawthorne berry
2 Perfect cycle liver support
1 reset AD
3 rpm
2 reservatol from now supplements

After workout
Protein shake-w glutamine
2 green tea
2 more reservatol
another class of clout.
6 tabs of spirulina
3 tabs of chorlea

Mid afternoon protein shake mixed with PH balancing blend
3 salmon oil caps
2 green tea caps
1 more reservatol

It looks healthy to me. You have mostly basic things that should prove beneficial. For cutting things out, you might want to re-evaluate your need for taking the cycle/liver support. It probably isn't necessary unless you're on a cycle of a steroid that's highly androgenic, or have just finished one.

I don't have too much experience with hawthorne berry, reservatol, and don't know what chorlea is, but they are probably not so necessary if you are looking for things to cut.

The things I would not think about cutting out are the creatine, probiotics/digestive enzymes, protein powders, and amino acids. That would be the basics that I probably wouldn't want to go without.
