To many EMAILS!

I am getting and email about every post 5 minutes. How do I unsubscribe. I've followed the link and then I have no clue what to do after that. Any one else get annoyed by notifications and emails

Go into your account settings on the page and change it. I had a spell where I got the email notices and they finally stopped again.

Seems like unsubscribe isn't always 100% effective. I've gotten some here and there.
