To log or not?!?!

I have never logged before and I was wondering what everyone's thoughts were. I see it as a way to keep details of my workout and get advise, but what do you guys think? Have you all benefited from logging? I have been benefiting from reading everyone's logs
 
I like to log just for the motivation you receive from everyone, but my logs are never too good bc it gets very few responses. Give it a shot and see for yourself man.
 
It helps keep you on track for sure, and if you have ppl following along you kind of get a sense of not wanting to let down those ppl. I think its great but I never so it out of laziness.
 
Logging online is awesome for the fact that yu have people following along which is really encouraging and it keeps you focused cuz yu dont wanna look like a fool
