don't have any pics exactly a year later, but I knew nothing and basically just did a rediculous amount of cardio and drastically cut calories

these two are about 4-6 months into my attempt at strength training, a year and half after the original pics. about 180lbs in these

and these last couple are from last sometime last week or so, few years later, currently sitting around 207lbs. been taking strength training relatively seriously since the beginning of the year.

Impressive bro!
More people that are overweight need to just take control like you did, stop crying about all the bull**** and make a change. Great job!

Wow!!! Freaking amazing!!! That is awesome motivation! Aspire to inspire! Keep fighting! :)

You don't have any stretch marks or loose skin? I feel like I have a lot from being big.

i hear ya bro

not a whole lot I can tell. the more muscle I try n pack on, the more everything goes away. that and I'm sure some tattoo's are covering it too lol. but regardless, regular lifters get stretch marks, so I wouldn't sweat it...

Throwin up one more. Similar angle as above. Feel like I look pretty much the same, just thicker overall. Always focused on lean gains, contemplating maybe trying a dirty bulk for the fall and winter then cutting come spring...
