I will manage. Went to out favorite Japanese restaurant for lunch ( family day), I got grilled steak and chicken, extra chicken, and managed to make it out with no egg roll OR white sauce!! Basically 18oz of meat, broccoli and carrots.

Arigato??? I think that was in g-town . I forget the place that was takeout near steak and shake...loved that place.
 
Dropped my Halodrol and some 1MR this morning and off to the gym we went. Workout A, of which I am not posting since its the same exact workout A as the other workout A's Ive been posting. I did however skip out on the lateral raises and OHP because of the shoulder tweak from Friday, which is feeling so much better but I didnt want to aggravate anything. I can also say this, the 15x2 squats at 225 was incredibly easy today. Obviously the strength is going up with this routine. Have a couple new buddies in the form of veins coming through my shoulders from my upper chest, and Im loving that. Almost out of Halodrol, so final review coming soon.
 
Great work. I am doing a modified HST and loving it. Strength is up every time I hit the gym, even on this deficit.

Good to hear brother!! The deficit is a bit for me to adjust to but Ill manage. Probably shouldve have started with less of a drop, but I only have 6 weeks. So yesterday was a total of 1,060 calories.

The first 2 weeks will be the worst. You will have some serious brain fog and days where you have NO motivation. Once you get past that, it will be hard but not nearly as bad. You will start to realize how little you actually need to survive and not be hungry, and will start to have a slightly different view of food. The last 3 weeks will be much easier if you can be strict for the first two weeks with maybe just 1 cheat a week.

Im truly hoping so my man, If I can burn off about 15-20lbs of fat I SHOULD look pretty decent.

Right now....my motivation level is ridiculously high. Im in charge at the fire department today, got 2 part timers. They both were like" its Sunday", I told them they can either go to the gym and work or go to the gym and watch, either way we were going. Not liked right now

My new cardio will be carrying a big bowl of spaghetti and garlic bread while running away from FireTitan. Should help me burn about 500 calories
 
Man I don't know how you do it, but I admire your gumption and spirit. Less than 3000 on a training day and I want to kill people! LOL

I hear you. Like I said, day 3 so Im not sure how it'll work for me, but Ill run it as long as I can. And for what its worth , there aren't many days that go by I dont want to kill people. Just sayin. Anyway, ai may have to bump it up a bit on training days, Ill know by the end of today, well see how I feel.
 
Just watch that mirror. It'll tell you if you are on the right track! Good work again man!

Tore my rotator cuff back playing lacrosse just watch it I use more hammer strength machines with any lift above my head with no spot. Lots of stretching and mobility work helps

Yes sir! I already have a tear in my right one and have managed to get this far. Left one seems to be ok now. Unfortunately , I dont have access to hammer strength machines, but it would be

Nice my best friend drives engine and runs his shift unless he has to go on rescue to supervise which he hates cause the stress. But I'm jealous of his schedule and vacation time 24 HR on/ 48 off every day is Friday with a weekend

Same schedule Im on. I always say the first 1/2 of the shift is Monday, second 1/2 is friday followed by a weekend. Except for the fact that I work 2 other jobs, which kills my "weekend". Where is he a fireman at?

Orlando Florida he just got promoted was lead paramedic but now lieutenant just had a baby so might go day shift if it opens up

All firefighters have a second job it seems lol honestly would love to go to fire school and change careers but 30 years old and would take pay cut but would enjoy work

Pay cut sucks, but I know guys that have went through the academy well into their 40s. And I dont know what kind of money you make, none of my business. But keep in mind, that part time job. Im typically making $12-15k a year at my "part time" EMS job. Makes up for some

True but the schedule is worth it and start my last online class next year to get certified for web site development so would be perfect for your schedule. I'm a trade broker sit at computer 9-5 dealing with clients but just got promoted to business development and get a free trip to Mexico this week. Then finally get to start first cycle so excited. Sucks having to wait but didn't want to try going through customs with cycle support and phs lol

Im not sure how Florida does things, they are a bit different. But typically you get hired at a department, if its a larger one, and they send you through their rookie school, paid. And MOST departments, pay a % more of you come in with an associates, and more if you have a bachelors. So there ya have it, I seem to be stomping all of your excuses down

That would require a test most municipalities wont pay for. Generally, its a simple 7 or 12(cant remember) panel test. Looking for weed, narcotics and opiates.
