I need to start doing them w frequency again. They are my favorite lift. Probably because they are the only one of the big 3 I have gotten over 400 on....haha

Makes sense to me. My shoulder wont let me get past 310x1 on flat bench, but Im doing 100s for reps with Dumbells, and unfortunately in both gyms I use that's the heaviest they have

Nothing wrong with that! What I love is the College guys at the gym watching me do OH tricep presses with the 100s, and then finding out Im 38. Their jaws drop

I want both right now, but still trying to cut the fat. My schedule will be changing soon. Still working the 2 fire departments, although the part time one will settle down, and working EMS regularly but Ive been asked to teach 2 airport firefighter classes and help with a rookie school. So, lifted67 has made me a HST program that I can do every other day, and occasionally back to back when needed. Its a higher rep workout that steps up the amount of weight lifted over the course of several weeks, and it makes my fat arse work! Ive got my weight down to 216 and finally started to see some definition in some areas, just need to work on gut more. So hes got me doing cardio on all non lift days. I will be starting TRT this week(stoked) by my Physicians orders and hoping that will help with the leaning process and give me a little boost in the gainz department. Either way, Im pushing myself harder than ever and will continue to do so. Does that answer your question? And.... How are you and have you been? Ive been reading your logs today and meaning to touch base with you. Only reason Im awake now is cause of a med call and having to do the report.
 
Today's workout was fricken brutal boys!! But I got through workout B of my new lifted67 HST program, and B stands for B1tch!!!
Warmups were 15 lat pulldowns and a total of 30 walking lunges. Time for work. Sorry if the numbers arent to impressive, but going into this program, Im measuring the sets of 15, and wanting to make sure I get through them all.
Flat DB bench
W/U 45x15...slow
70lbs 15x2

Incline DB press( supposed to be flyes but I misread)
65lbs 15x2

Croc rows
100lbs 15x2. No straps, and ai always use them, so I was really happy

Deadlifts
WU 135lbs x 15
225lbs 15x2.. Again, no straps

Lying leg curls
15x2(unsure of weight because the type of machine)

Spider Curls
40lbs 15x2

Skull crushers(seated db tricep press)
100lbs 15x2

Calf raises(used barbell on my shoulders)
315lbs 15x2

High face pulls
120lbs 15x2

Low face pulls
100lbs 15x2
I was sweating like crazy and felt pumped, overall like a fricken beast!! Attaching a picture, nothing to impressive, but I was stoked about seeing a bit of "peak" in my biceps finally. Not to bad considering I Didnt feel 100% all weekend.

Wait til u feel that first shot kick in oh my goooddd . I have been known to do test e and p same time 250 250. Fast plus slow esters.

Sweet! Right now hes got me doing Test-C and arimidex for the E, but has actually mentioned a blast cycle of test/dbol to really get my system back to what it should be. That... Would be interesting.

I know, Im trying to find motivation by competing with someone thats at the dng finish line. I gotta start thinking things through. Smh

Nothing like dropping some heavy ass Dumbbells in a gym and then walking away like a movie start walking from a house blowing up like "yea Ina BAMF" lol

Well you're already stronger than me. So this would just basically be a challenge for me. Plus my Andromax is about to run out and I'll be on Pct. so.... You know....
