Titans Wrath w/Gaspari Halodrol

Got me some back done today, but nothing particularly great to report
Started off on a roller because of a catch ive had for 2 days, got it!!
Pullup for a total of 50(accumulated) at various grips.
Bent over bb rows
45x40. 135x20. 185x10. 225x8
Db deadlifts(1 in each hand)
75x10. 90x10. 100x10x3
4 sets of low cable rows
3 sets of bent over db rows
75x10. 85x10. 100x10
3 sets if rack pulls @10,8 and 8 using 225lbs. I was done. Just didnt feel lt at all. No PWO except a 5 hour energy, all my motivation left me on the way there. None of my lifts felt great, not even good and I tires easily. Not like me and NOT cool. Tomorrow is another day

Maybe you should keep a DMAA PWO handy for days like today. Never had much luck with 5 hour energy myself. And it tasted like dog vomit! :-)

If nothing else, you're walking straighter now. Gotta love the feeling when that roller knocks it back into place!

Sounds like your back day went a lot like mine. Something just kinda missing. Still a helluva session homie!

Thanks man, but a few hours later and I dont feel like I accomplished anything. Tomorrow starts a new program. That should make a difference!!

You should check out German Volume Training some day. Really brutal, but well worth the sweat and tears.
 
If I didn't have time constraints, I would go 3 on/1 off. I think that style and I would get along real well
 
I've been considering the GVT. I looked at it a few years ago. Definitely looks challenging!

I think you'll like the plan I set up, just the right balance of compound movements with iso stuff thrown in. You'll be so beastly.

Im super stoked about it! It gets started today and not soon enough. Gotta clean the station and mow the grass, and then hopefully we'll be en route!!! GOOD TIMES AND GAINZ A COMIN

Love it! I've personally seen faster and bigger results circuit training every other day compared to hitting a group once a week. Obviously everyone is different, but I'll be watching to see how it goes and stalking lifted67 for the deets if it works :)
 
I'll probably run my HST hybrid in PCT, I'm doing Arnold's Olympia split while on cycle...

Leg press unsure of weight, to tires to track
3 sets of 15 followed by 30 minutes of racquetball. Effing good time!! Love it!! lifted67, I know the weights were small, but I really wanted to concentrate on not only full ROM but precise form. I do ok?
