Anyone here currently using Titan?
Wondering about price and the “sign up process”. I’m already on TRT at another clinic but I have to switch. I won’t show a low T number in bloodwork, do I just need to get some sort of note from my current clinic?

Titan is pretty high up there as far as pricing goes. Another clinic I know of is doing 6 months for the same price and you can just get all 6 months upfront. What is the reason you're switching anyways?
 
I was in the middle of a blast (Stanogen and Synergyn) and I wasn’t supposed to have labs until the end of summer. My clinic switched me to a different “doc” and he wanted labs done because last time I had labs I needed a blood dump. Right before I found out about my labs I just started taking some prami cause I felt some boobies growin. When I got my results back my T was at “15” no typo. Of course that freaked them out and also puzzled me. When I took labs it had been 5 days since my last shot but I didn’t think it would go down that much especially since On my blast I had increased my dose. They decided to run another test for prolactin and of course it was high. Now they want to take me off until I go to a primary care dr and he finds out what’s going on.

I wanna know which ones are the ones that give you like 300-400 mg of test plus Deca.. I know they exist.. Marc lobliner posts all the time about his hrt clinic and not long ago he was on only 200mg test.. and now he’s up too 300mg test 300mg deca and 50mg anadrol.. all prescribed! Like wtf?!?

I don't understand what your original problem was. Did you come completely off your trt when you did the blast of stanogen? If you did, why? If you didn't, then your test definitely shouldn't be 15 with or without Prami. How can you be on trt and your total test be 15? Even if it was 5 days later.

Bro when your going into these clinics you need to realize your going to be paying out of pocket.. part of the reason is because you will get doses that would make insurance companies question why.. these doctor don’t want to deal with that.. I’m all about paying for what I want to get..
 
I use defy medical bc my primary thought levels in the 300s were acceptable and wouldn’t prescribe test. If I could go through my insurance it would be almost free. Defy is like I dunno a hundred and change a month once you’re done with the upfront stuff. If you can get it in your insurance I would

I have no clue as to why my test dropped like it did. I didn’t stop using my trt in fact I bumped up the dose. I definitely didn’t feel like my test was at 15. But my test being low is what made them run another test and they found out about the prolactin. Now they are scared about a tumor.

Dude get retested before you do anything. Test do get screwed up from time to time. If your doc was that shocked I’m surprised he didn’t order another test just to confirm results.

And a tumor would not cause
Your testosterone levels to be low if you are injecting exogenous test.

My money would be on a bad batch of Testosterone or faulty blood work.

The tumor was in regards to the prolactin. I agree with you on the bad test or bad blood work.

I might of explained that wrong. I’m not sure they retested to confirm my T level. I think they just ran a test for prolactin (they normally don’t test for that). All I know is they called and gave me results over the phone about T being at 15. 2 days later they called back and said they retested and my prolactin was high blah blah go see your primary care dr and have him clear you. Until then we aren’t giving you anymore Test. The day after that the actual dr at the clinic called me to tell me they were worried about a tumor and that even when my dr cleared me he would be trying a clomid restart instead of Test shots. I don’t want to go that route so it’s time to change clinics. I thought about self prescribed but I like the feeling of knowing my test is legit every time.

If you have health insurance, I would try to get it prescribed by your primary care doc. I just paid $15 for 3 months worth of test cyp

I already talked to my primary care doc and he said he wanted nothing to do with it, so I'm going to have to see a specialist for it.

Yeah, I can run it at 200mg if I want...you just gotta mix in some UGL gear from time to time and stock up on the pharma. Then just make sure your in range for bloodwork.

I havent done this, but I have heard guys talk about it...

Yeah but paying through a clinic for that much is going to be pricey. If you can get it through insurance just supplement your dose or do blasts with ugl test. I only go through a clinic so I have a script for it but mostly use ugl oils anyway if it’s not bloodwork time
 
Isn’t it illegal to prescribe more than 250mg of test per week? Is there some kind of gray area laws that allow anti-aging clinics to prescribe more than a primary care doctor can? I wonder if they’re going to get cracked down on by the law eventually.

Many of these clinics are borderline dealers to begin with. They truly don't give a crap about the customer as long as you have the money to pay. Defy is one of the worst offenders- clients have mentioned that they will put you on TRT up to 550 levels- which is ludicrous and you also get loaded up on AI and HCG.

There is no limit if your bloodwork says otherwise.. that’s why the doctor and bloodwork.. if the numbers go hand in hand then it’s alright.. I’m sure there are little tricks here and there like timing and such
 
I'm not sure what you are referring to with "there is no limit". I am saying that they will put people on TRT with 550 levels of test.

The other issue with clinics is that they treat everything as though it is low test causing the symptoms. Low libido, give em test. headaches? give em test. Feeling sad, give em test...

This hasn’t been my experience with defy at all. They did say the prescribe to people with levels like that if symptoms are present. they started me low, a lose dose of AI and told me not to take it if it wasn’t needed and checked my e after and told me i could take less. They also discussed a clomid restart with me prior but it was not something I was interested in.
 
So my TRT clinic is a local clinic I go to. And they are pretty strict on the levels. They will give to anybody that wants it, but they adjust dose to make sure your total levels are within the “normal” range. The health board in our state actually pulls the medical records from time to time to make sure it falls within the correct range. They also told me the laws vary from state to state so that’s how some clinics get away with the shadiness. In our state however medical board is very strict on it.

Yes but the reference range now for testosterone is bullshit.. when I started TRT years back it was up to 1,200 test, now it’s up to like 750..

It’s 1050 in the state of Louisiana. And I’m not promoting a clinic or self administered I was just pointing out the fact that the laws vary state to state which is how some clinics can get away with prescribing blast/cycles to people.

The variance in what is considered normal test levels is kind of crazy. I think some doctors still believe 1,200 is the high range of normal while others think it’s 800 or even lower. There’s no consensus it seems.
 
It is bullshit and any good doctor knows this. Unfortunately most of them chase a number instead of addressing issues and with testosterone levels decreasing, they keep changing the reference ranges- which makes no sense at all. Rather than trying to help, they are trying to keep everyone in smaller ranges

The labs themselves determine the levels they set. I can think of 5 here, some are national companies, and each uses a different reference range.

But, the point is that I think we can all agree that from a pure number standpoint, it is BS. The range is getting smaller and making it more difficult for people that really do need help, to get it. Higher low end and lower high end as basically made a window of ~500 pts to be considered "normal". The fallacy is that levels are naturally lowering and when using this as a guide, it is going to make the range lower.

I looked at labs from 8 years ago and the range was 250 - 1280. My lab reference range from the same lab as of 3 weeks ago is 280 - 850. Now my doc thinks I am getting too high to the upper range when I have changed nothing, feel great, and 8 years ago would have been smack in the middle.
 
I agree, they should put less importance on arbitrary numbers and more on how the patient feels.

And I think the fact that overall testosterone levels are decreasing is a true but misleading statistic. This is because the overall health of our society is decreasing as a result of obesity, diabetes, increases in drug and alcohol addiction, just to name a few. But I believe if you look at healthy men you’ll find that their test levels are close to the same as their healthy ancestors. Even so, healthy men today have to deal with more pollutants that could have an effect on their test levels, but I don’t think that effect is great enough to make a huge difference.
 
I actually believe there is a huge impact on the body from pollutants and estrogens in the air, plastic, food ect.. and that in turn negatively impact test levels in todays men.

That's actually not just a theory, but a fact. There are a number of compounds called Invalid Link Removed that are found in plastic and many other compounds. They can attach to estrogen receptors same as any other type of estrogen. But, OTOH, there are also xenoandrogens as well. It's just an unfortunate fact of life that so much of everything we buy is packaged in cheap plastics that are made with basically any over sight. We all know about PCBs & BPA, and how they've "supposedly" removed them from everything, but that's actually not really the case. They've just replaced them with even worse compounds that are derived from the dioxin class of compounds that are extremely environmentally persistent.

A new HRT clinic that prescribes trt and A LOT more just launched. Found out about them because they Behemothz Labz mentioned them in email. There FAQ states costs are typically $160 a month and they can prescribe the following
Anastrozole

you have to go to one with a good sports doctor for that. They are more likely to work with you, however, you are doing bloods every 3 months and closely monitored.
