Lol! Been there, just wait for whenever you get up from sleeping next. Although with your intra you're running right now you shouldn't have TOO much trouble with DOMS

I'm hoping not it really has not let me down yet. Today is the first time I have had DOMS in a while. I did back yesterday and can definitely feel it. However, I have convinced myself that it's because my work out some more intense than ever. LOL
 
Im struggling, not going to lie. Ive been trying to get in the shower for 10 minutes and cant get off the couch

One bonus of being on prescription anti inflammatory... No DOMS! Probably killing my body, but hey my back isn't seized up. Guess that's a fair trade. :)
 
Ur killing it man! I hit chest and front squats today with 1/2 scoop of HyperMax XT and PowerMax XT. Loving it
 
Nice freaking work in your leg day bud! That looked killer. My legs are still kinda sore from Monday. It has been awhile since I could say that...lol....great job again man!

So diet was jacked up this past weekend and Im over it. Took my PowerMax about an hour and a half before my workout today and Im glad I did cause I needed it!! Not a bad session though. Really worked through it and was sweating like I was doing cardio somewhere in Africa. Decided to throw some deadlifts in on my leg day because the Im working with wanted to "show me something". He quit on me.

Got it done today guys! Didnt have much time but took my Powermax at 0530 and started the lifting at 0600. The guy I worked with did cardio so I was by myself and got this done in approximately 42 minutes. Not to sure I could have completed it that fast without my morning PowerMax XT!!! Sadly, Im not to far from the end of the tub.

What's your diet like?

Killing me right now. Yesterday was 1200 calories with 175 protein but today is 898 calories and 135 protein. Will end up with a shake in just a bit so it'll be about 1000 calories and 165-170 protein . 50-75 fats a day and less than 50 carbs each day. Still getting used to it

I know my wife and i took are boys for a walk of course my oldest son wanted me to carry him after a few minutes i had to put him back in the stroller my tris wer so sore lol

Thanks my man! It was honestly my first attempt at them! They were recommended to me by lifted67, and will now be added. Im just curious how long it will take me to get to where I can knock em down with 225!

Ugh I remember those cut cals. I was miserable 24/7. But that cut program will work for you, esp with the way u crush the weights
