Tired of the "Placebo" supps... What actually WORKS???

Enhanced Athlete Cardarine GW501516, got a great deal on some. 10mg a day for now since I stack it with Cordycep supps already. Don't want to overdo the cardio! Their website scares me a little though.....

I belive that Thyroid/adrenal/liver function are and most important thing to consider when trying to attain any goal with the body.
The above three systems are what signal the release of enzymes & hormones that transport, absorb or convert all the things that we put into our body, and must function optimally if we want 'INSERT PRODUCT HERE' to be utilized by the receptor sites and cells in the body.
Bloodwork, and the ability to have you T3/TR3 in an optimal range is crucial....after that

any supp that 'works' does at least 1 of 3 things

(1) thing that fills a void or deficiency in your diet/natural intake with improve overall function. ( DIGESTION/ABSORPTION, SLEEP/REPAIR )
(DIGESTION) Food, Magnesium, Creatine, Zinc, copper , b12, Ginger, OX-bile/Fiber for healthy gut flora etc.
(SLEEP/Repair) Food, Meltonin, L-theanini, Agmatine sulfate, Phenibut, ASHWAGANDA, Creatine, Zinc, copper , b12, VitD3 etc.
(LIVER/KIDNEY/ADRENAL) SLEEP, WATER, NAC, Vit c, Niacin, Glutathione, TUDCA, Taurine,

(2) things that stimulate production of additional response by the nervous system via enzymes/hormones for either the:
Sympathetic ( Inflamatory, energy, adrenaline, coritsol) or
Parasympathetic (Anti-inflamatory, digest,repair, sleep)
.....Sympathetic, Stims like, stress, Caffiene, dmaa, mdma, cortisol inducers, choline/inositol, Yohimbine, Ephedrine HCL
.....Parasympathetic, Ashwaganda root, Phenibut, RHODIOLA ROSEA ,CARBS, Green tea, hydration,

(3) Things that that signal, convert to, of contain choice hormones , that target specific receptor sites in the body.
PH'S, DS, Sarms, Pharma Products .....im not going to provide any specific products as i believe doing so discourages research on the readers side.

:IMPORTANT: Any thing you take be it a stim of a depressant, must and will be processed by the liver/kidneys until either it is fully metabolized or a organ system starts to fail.

Take a simple pump Nitric-oxide based/boosting preworkout,, the consumption of the contained Nitric-oxide boosters (janus, free radical molecules) will provide added pump/ muscularity and intensity to your workout.....but... also increase the total load of oxidative stress on your body which in turn will make repair and recovery more difficult an you body will generally heal itself before trying to build new additional tissue e.i muscle

Huh? You realise getting 'rid' of free radicals immediately post exercise can be detrimental to adaptation?

There is research on it, hence the suggestions to avoid post work out supplementation of anti oxidants

Does this go for preworkout vitamin c? I've been told by many to do this, but it is an antioxidant.

The dose makes the poison, and using it alongside a nitrate is generally a good idea - but large doses 500mg+ id say try to limit where possible

I usually do 500mg in the AM and then 500mg PWO. Is that pushing it?

I should have vit C on my list of good natty supps. It seems to help keep me from getting sick, which is imperative for gains.

Id dose both 6hrs away from training. Early AM and pre bed or something like that (depending on the tine you workout)

I meant to imply massive doses,,, i had just come from another forum where people are mega-dosing Cialis for a preworkout lol,,,

as you you said the key is balance

This sounds incredibly high in risk for the amount of reward.

haha, yes i agree.
its funny, there seems to be a propensity of people in the 'health & fitness' or bodybuilding/power lifting community whom are willing to be a guinea pig

Doc says 5mg cialis daily,,,, ill try 30mg
Research says 3mg osta...ill try 25mg

i am all for autonomy of ones own body, i just rather someone else guinea pig first

We need more autonomy. Natural selection, brother. Really, though. It surprises me also. Bodybuilding isn't the first community I've been associated with in which people are guinea pigs. A lot of people, myself included, are willing to be guinea pigs for new things, but are so careful dosing them. This is the only community I've seem where people guinea pig mega doses. That's considered asinine in most other clandestine-research circles.

Mega-dosing would not be a problem if you could 3d print replacement organs and then have them replaced.

Isn't that the truth!! But then you would have to 3D print yourself a surgeon, or I suppose you could get a med student who is behind on their student loans to do it.
