Alright, its time for my 4th cycle. I'm 32, 6'4", 220lbs, 13%bf. I will be running test at 200mg/week in addition to whatever compound.

I've had decent luck on my cycles but never eaten enough to really take advantage - just didn't know what I was doing and had no business running PH when I didn't have my diet and training in order.

I'm ready to put on some serious size - been bulking natty for a while now, seeing decent results but I just wanna get nuts with it.

I have run Hdrol - loved it, no mass but looked great. Lethargy sucked. Ultra/Trenazone stack - same results but wasn't eating nearly enough. No negative sides. Epistane - solid gains but bailed as the sides were insane (hair loss and crazy acne by week 2).

Just got bloods and I'm looking good and ready for another go. Looking for recommendations on a compound and dosing for pure size - skiddish about SD due to a lot of the neg stuf I've read and it being nearly impossible to keep gains. Eating 5000cal clean daily and training splits across 6 days with Sunday for rest.

So whats everybody recommend?
 
200mg test from trt or 200mg test that you have? Also is it etha, cyp, prop? I am bulking right now with sus and deca and its going great. But whats ur cycle history? Have u ran injects before or is this ur first time?
 
Never ran injects before and I'd like to stick to the oral route. 200mg test is from TRT. Suspension cream with DHEA.
 
I think most TRT is cyp is it not? All long esters anyway doesnt really matter.

Mate honestly if you can get your diet in order, any cycle will give you that extra boost, you have to do your fair share of homework on food before your do your homework on anabolics.
 
Look into L-lmg and d-zine. LGI makes some legit clones from what i hear. Look up deiselbolan v2 from the company that makes beastdrol. Deiselbolan is a lmg dzine stack and yeilds very solid gains on a bulk if ur diet and training are on point
 
I've looked at Dieselbolan before, I'll give it a shot. I have used their 'Helladrol' and their FormaStanazol and liked them both. Thanks for the recommendation.

As for diet, I'm currently eating between 4500 and 5000 cal per day. 320g protein per day, less than 100g of fat, and the rest in complex carbs. No carbs after 7pm. This is broken up into several 600 cal meals. Mostly lean meats, whey protein, tuna, tilapia. Fat from almonds, hummus, salmon. Carbs from oats, brown rice, sweet potatoes, veggies. No sugar, no post workout insulin spike or anything. Very little fruit - maybe a couple apples a day.

Definitely packing on the pounds and looking good, even with the extra belly fat.

Diet wise - am I missing anything crucial? Doing anything wrong? I wanna make sure I make the absolute most out of this run.

That's a lot of carbs, like 600-700 a day. Might be odd macros to do it that way, you're at like 59/30/20 wirh carbs, protein, fat

5K in calories is more than people realize....If you cut your carbs off at 7pm --- that is some serious carbohydrate pounding lol....

Now if you stack something methylated -- that will typically stress the liver and impede appetite a bit....I would look into ghrp-6 and periactin.

Depends on the country. Cyp/enth/sust are all used in various places in the world.

Like i said, its all long ester Test anyway.


Also thats way to many calories, your not at the height/size to need that many... should be over 3k for sure though, i don't know your body so i wouldn't know.

I wouldn't stack methylated's, just my advice.
 
I dialed down the cals to 3700-4000. Got my macros adjusted to 40/30/20 p/c/f. Started fish oil @ 4000mg/day, red yeast rice @ 2400mg/day, and I run Cycle Assist year round since I'm on HRT.

Got my cholesterol bloods back today and I'm feeling defeated.

Total Chol is 191 mg/dl
TriG is 90mg/dl
HDL is 32 mg/dl
LDL is 141 mg/dl

Worried about my HDL/LDL ratio going into cycle - big reason I started the fish oil and red yeast rice. I opted for Ultradrol 20mg ed for 5 weeks stacked with my HRT Test/DHEA. I had no neg sides from the Ultradrol last time and looked great despite not eating enough.

Nonetheless, I'm nervous to pull the trigger with my lipids the way they are. I'm supposed to start cycle tomorrow. Funny thing too is with the diet tuned up and the HRT keeping me at the max end of spectrum for free test, I am getting sick strength gains already...like I would see 2-3 weeks into a cycle. Makes me angry I wasted 3 cycles without my diet in check. (Do your homework, kids).

The responsible adult in me wants to continue on withOUT the Ultra and see where the gains go with the structured diet while working to level my lipids. The maniac in me wants to go balls out with the Ultra and become a monster that scares the neighbor kids when I get my mail. So which is it? Am I being too worried about my lipids?

So no concern about the cholesterol, eh? Sounds good then. I'll log it and take some before and after pics. Unless I stroke out, then I'll have my boy take some after pics at the mortuary - hopefully they airbrush some abs on my stomach.
 
Everything checks out fine, HDL is a few numbers off, and so is LDL, glycerides are really low to which is great, ideally want them under 150.
