Tips to finding the right meal replacement for you:

1. Avoid large amounts of articial sweetners
2. Look for a balanced bar: 20-30 grams of protein per bar, 7-10 grams of fat per bar, and 40 or less grams of carbs per meal replacement.
3. Choose meal replacments that are low in saturated fat and sugar.
4. Read ingredient labels; look for items like whey protein isolate, whole grains, CLA, omegas and other healthy oils.

Just something for the ladies..

here is one green smoothie recipe for weight loss

:) ENJOY! :)

2 apples (cored, do not peel)

2 BIG handfuls of spinach

1 medium cucumber

3 ribs/sticks of chopped celery

1/2 inch or teaspoon ginger root (peeled and minced)

1 bunch parsley

Juice of 1 lime

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Place all the ingredients in a blender. Start blending until the mixture becomes smooth. Makes 2 to 3 serving, pour the green smoothies to your glass and serve.

Thanks im going to give it a shot. I'm going to add some none flavored protein to eat to peek my requirement for my diet if thats ok.
