So, a while back I read several studies that showed that high doses of antioxidants and anti-inflammatories taken before/after training could reduce the training effect, since they reduced muscle damage, etc..
since TB500 reduces inflammation, does it make sense to take it at night (if one worked out in the AM, for instance?)?
