Timing lifting break with ABE run

Hey guys. I'm on week 4 of my first ABE run. I bought 2 bottles so I think I'm going to do 6 weeks. Definitely getting stronger and have put on some weight. But I upped my cals too so more than likely most of the weight gains are from that.

Here's my question. I haven't taken a 7-14 day lifting/rest break in a while. Starting to get a little bit of aches and pains so it's about time to do so. When's the best time to do it to try and minimize losing my recent gains? Immediately post ABE run? A few weeks later?

Any other tips would be greatly appreciated. I'm thinking of taking 3 weeks off from the ABE then doing an x gels run. Then if that goes well 3 week break then ABE and x gels stack.

You won't lose gains taking 1-2 weeks off from lifting. And ABE is a natural supplement, it's not like you have to worry about losing the progress you've made while using it when you come off. Just deload when you're done with the ABE run, you'll be fine.

ABE + X-Gels is a solid stack. Recommend also adding in Tr1umph. That'll give you soy lecithin (Tr1umph) to act as an emulsifier, plus lodhra (ABE) and LCLT (Tr1umph) to prevent conversion of ArA into unfavorable metabolites.

Thanks for the advice. I'm not worried about losing gains from taking a short break but was just curious about doing it at the end of the ABE run. Good to know I'll be set.

I was thinking x gels by itself first to make sure there's no sides or anything. I need to do a lot more research though. The ArA stuff is a little more complicated than the ABE. I'll definitely look into triumph.

Why not deload versus taking time off? Deloads are effective and for me, work better. A light week of lifting keeps me in the gym and personally when I take time off, even one week, I feel weaker going back in.

I think running both ABE and X gels will get you awesome results. It's probably my favorite natty stack. I would even suggest adding in alphamax xt to the mix and that would get you great results!
