Timing Cycle Support and Havoc

Hey guys when should I take my life support ? ive heard that is bad to take it at the same time i take havoc, so whats the best time?
 
I just take my cel cycle assist with my first dosage of whatever ph/DS I'm using. Don't see no harm or foul doing this..
 
people say that milk thilstle may reduce the absorption of the ph...thats why i asked...
 
Yeah if it makes you feel better you can seperate the dosages, I've heard that as well but paid it no mind.
 
Heard 4 hours after ph dose for cycle assist. Have done it both ways, probably minimal interference if any
 
I heard it was bad to take at the same time when I first started cycling as well. Always would dose about 3-4 hours apart. But I don't do it anymore, and I can't tell a lick of difference. Just take it all at once, it's easier.
 
Def not at the same time. Defeats the purpose. Take it at least 4 hours from Dose.
