Notes: so i reached my deload part of the cycle. Im completely not motivated during this time and just do about 40-60% effort on everything. Play a lil. And call it a day. I usually have no intensisty here either. But it lets my CNS rest so its all good. Btw my left hand is getting this sharp pain near my thumb/wrist area. It only hurts when i have it in certain angles and i was worries about this session. No pain except a lil on bench, to wide of grip was hurting my wrist/thumb. Rag is about gone. Anyone got suggestions on the pain? I started letro to reduce some gyno and im gonna guess its dry joints plus a sensative/present injury

Notes. Not much to say, other then deload is over. and my rag is all gone lol will post final review tomorrow, gotta go do h.w.

Final review:
I took some time to go back to some old favorites and compare. Id say i like rag better then jack3d, pre-surge, jp8, and 1mr.
Pump: was the most noticed aspect, muscle fullness was also present. Id say the creatine formula does what it is ment to.
Strenght: all my lifts continued to increase thru the use of the product, also i hit many pr's. Id say it does a good job here too.
Endurence: Idk, prob not the main point of the product here as my conditioning sucks regargless lol
Energy: Pretty good, not cracked out and not too little.
Overall: id give the product a 9 out of 10. Its better then most on the market, behind lit-up and above mesomorph to me.

I do actually. Its the mental focus i get from the product. Its not a pump. But the mental drive, energy, endurance are all top notch. Most Dmaa products are too much or too little. They drive my heart rate thru the roof, not what i want when im going for a heavy squat or deadlift. With lit-up i get the energy i want, the focus i need to visualize every rep and set on my heavy lifts, the agression to hit myself in the face and hit the reps i need to get. I dont burn out during or after the session, tolerance doesnt build up to badly. Plus i like that i can easily not use the product and still get good workouts. I like it but dont NEED it feeling. Rag provides a better pumps and strength from a rep point of view. Since 1-3 range is a lot of cns stimulation lit-up shines here more. But 5+ reps rag did a better job. Plus i love the taste of rag. Rag also has good fullness and energy, but lit-up has better energy. They are both really good. But since i train for strength, lit-up shines more. Rag does better on my assistence volume work.
