Time to MonteGROW like a Finaflex Freak!

Felt much better this morning! I think the inital body shock from the upped cals and carbs is finally going away. Felt much less bloated this morning. Thank Jesus!

It's a little bit under my calories goal but I'm going to keep like this for a little while. See where it takes me. My goal is around 4k but I think upping the carbs will make up for the -400 calories. I

Are you using jefit pro or the regular?? And fat secret is the ****!! Im about to start on a serious clean bulk that's based around swai, chx and the rest of the game i have plus loads and loads of green veggies.

Just regular jefit. And yeah I like the fat secret app too. Very easy to use.
 
do you post your w/o from your phone or your computer?? and i love the barcode scanner in fat secret...it can make my life sooo much easier lol
 
I paste them from the jefit website to my computer then post on here. The fat secret app is a calorie counter.

Today I planned to take a rest but had the chance to get a quick session in so I figured I would have some fun and throw some weight around on triceps and biceps. No real scheme on this session just lifts I enjoy. I'm still not sold that the plates on our single pulleys are 10lbs. The weights for pulldowns and rows are 12.5 so I don't think they are. I guess you guys tell me what you think and I'll use that weight system :) Weight was at 221.5 today. Pumps were insane. Holding water from all the food and water I force fed myself so far today.


Overhead Triceps Extension (V-Bar)
Set 1 : 110.0x15 (11 plates.)
Set 2 : 130.0x13

Just had half cup yogurt and half cup of cottage cheese. Then half cup egg beaters three tablespoons of peanut butter and two scoops of protein to hit my cals. Ugh!

Got lazy putting my food in so it's all stacked up lol. I know when I ate it though :)

Cybex. The pulldown and rows are 12.5 I looked those up. Couldn't find the single pullys tho.

R3action. You are freakin giving me nightmares! Logging Formutech's Recover ZMA and the stuff knocks me right out but gives me super vivid dreams. Dreams are usually based on some of the last things I watched on TV or forums. Can't wait to see both of those guys in my dreams!!!!! Yuck!!!
