Around june or july right now iam secluded as f . Going all out on this cut then once i get thin enought its a longggggggg test e and deca cycle.
 
This red ghost really cleans u out and keeps the dįck up wen needed. Usually potent fat burner fukk up my libido. LOVIN THIS SHEEEEET!

so since I have began this on 3 19 16 i have noticed a big change in my overall composition . adding fiber and red ghost has helped keep me regular which definitly makes an impact on the effects of this pill . despite prior warnings to not do atleast 2 hrs of cardio a day i have not listened . I am now comfortably closer to my goal . 210 lbs and i started 5 months ago on a cut weight 251 lbs looking absolutely like the stay pufft guy from ghost busters. now iam looking way more professional !!!!!! thanks controlled labs mofo's

Did nutraplanet finally fix their customer service issues? A few years back I ordered from them all the time then all the sudden it just went to ship I don't know exactly what happened but if it's cleared up I'll grab 3 bottles of that thanks guys

I haven't had any issues with them recently. I think someone else bought the company and moved it so I think things were slow while they were getting set back up.

I've only heard positive things as of late. Pretty much since they publicly announced they knew things fell on their face and were committed to fixing things people have been getting good service again. They kind of did what Dominos Pizza did basically it seems.
 
Red ghost final review


I dropped the total of seven pounds in 30 days put on a lot of solid muscle don't know how this all happened but I'm looking pretty crazy.

One of my favorite parts of this is has a slight burning sensation when you take the caps I love hot peppers it reminds me of eating habanero peppers.

I would recommend this to anybody out there who is trying to cut some weight. Having your diet and exercise in order is a big part of success. You can take all the pills in the world and you won't see a **** thing happen .

Must a note drop down from 4500 calories to 2300 calories for the duration this run . So that's a 2200 calorie deficit plus an addition of 45 minutes extra cardio 3 days a week on top of working 12 to 14-hour shifts a day.

Sleep is very important I didn't have any sleep interruptions while taking this anybody who is very easily affected by stims I recommend taking 1 capsule to assess tolerance but you will soon find out that two capsules will really get you moving.

More than anything I noticed that with proper hydration recovery was easier to obtain. I wasn't on anything else at the time while taking red ghost.

I ordered a second bottle with my own money because I like this so much I have recommended this product to at least a hundred or more people in my circle and on social media.

Controlled Labs has ton of great products everything from them I have ever tried has always lived up to its expectations or exceeded the expectations that I had prior to taking it. So with that being said , I will definitely be sticking with controlled labs for some of my Staples I really like the purple wrath end White Flood. But red ghost has amazed me more than any other pill I've tried for weight loss.

I was seriously thinking about adding some 1-3 in this that is dmaa for those of you who do not know the abbreviation. I like my 1 - 3 over a hundred milligrams a day people say that's Overkill but that's fine that's the way I like it.

Thank you very much to the guys that controlled labs. Most likely when I resume taking this I will put up a part 2 log. I'll probably be taking three weeks or so off just to let it hit me as hard as it did the first time.

Exactly what i was thinking bought some caffeine gonna run that with b12 and l carn just for shyts and giggles . Will definitely re ignite this log when i crack that bottle open !!!! Thanks again

Wellllllll in accordance with the labeling, Red Ghost shouldn't be taken with any other stims so..

But I'd say that morning/afternoon would be fine. Really depends on someone's tolerance. At least 4-6hr maybe.
 
I'd have to agree with everything Sean said. Also recognize using both products concurrently will likely accelerate onset of caffeine dependency/increase tolerance vs using them exclusively. Just a heads up.
