Hey y’all! First off let me just say a huge thank you to Zoo for giving me the opportunity!

Will be running this at 1 in the Morning on an empty stomach, then 1 before lunch and one before I head to bed.

Supplements being used:

Ember at the forefront of this of course!

MA supps- stim freak

Iron legion VII-kt

Creatine

And BCAA’s

Got the mail on my off day so tomorrow I will start right into it!

As for workouts I am doing 4 days on with 2 days of cardio and core with 1 full rest day, as for workout regimen I am doing the Joe Defranco SB911.

Alright guys! So I am not going for a straight calorie restrictive cut more so a recomp style and will cut caloried where I see fit and how my body responds. Second pill down the hatch.

Breakfast Meal #1 : 4 Hard Boiled eggs 1 Yolk. 1/2 Cup of oatmeal and my Eaas. 1 pill 30 min prior to the meal.

Meal 2: Meal #2 – 9.25 oz of sweet potato, 4.75 ounces of romaine lettuce, 5 ounces of ground beef, 1.75 ounces dry black beans. Usually thrown in a bowl and at like a taco salad. 1 pill 30 min prior to this.

I will have my third meal before the gym. then Post workout meal and a shake before bed. ( Ghost Whey right now ).

Today is my second upper body day. Its all dynamic effort with explosive concentric movements.


Plyo-push-ups- 5 sets-8 reps, 3 second count on the way down explosive movement up.

Weighted Pull-ups 5 sets-5 reps with a 25lb plate.

Lat Pull-downs- 5 sets of 20 reps.

Pec-flye Variation - 3 sets of 10 reps.

Rear Delt Variation - 3 sets, 12-20 reps.

wide arm Push- ups- 1 sets AMRAP ( as many reps as possible) in 4 minutes.

10 Minutes walking on the treadmill.

Thanks guys! Going all out with this little cutting stack. Might go a little to in depth with this log but I want to highlight ember as much as possible cuz Zoo is a good dude and has been very helpful with any and all questions I have had to make sure I get the most out of it.

3rd pill down. Workout finished and last meal before bed is almost ready. All in all felt good today. Nothing new to report yet other than I noticed after every pill I took my veins popped like crazy about 20-30 minutes later

Thanks guys! I took a year off from the gym and started back up this past December. Tore my ACL and kind of got lazy haha so been working double time to get close to where I use to be size and look wise haha

Today is leg day! Second pill down the hatch. And again veins come out haha not jitters to report but I will say after taking it I do feel slightly warmer and I was sweating like crazy last night in the gym and wasn’t doing anything crazy lol I was doing abs

Alright guys I’m back! So today was leg day, still splitting them morning afternoon and night. Few updates.

1. Definitely helps give me a little more energy. Helps for sure since I’m cutting.

2. I tried taking 1 in the am and 2 before bed and I’m not sure if it’s just been the stress of the week or what but I could not fall asleep and stay asleep. I’m going to try this again to see if it was a fluke or if it really is from taking before bed.

3. Veins are definitely coming out and spots they hadn’t before which is kind of cool.

4. No change in bowl movements .

And here is a picture from end of March and a picture taken before the gym.

Definitely lost a little mass after this cut but I’m going completely natty for a while so I guess that can be expected.

Second upper body day tonight.

Barbell push ups - 3 sets of 20

Eccentric incline dB bench press- 3 sets of 5.

Timed incline bench press with correct form- 1 set 50 reps at 60% of heaviest weight

Vertical pull variation- 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps

Rear delt variation- 3-4 sets 8-12 reps

Trap variation- 3-4 sets 12 reps

Empty barbell curls- 1 set at 100 reps

Cable tricep extensions 1 set 100 reps

Any thoughts on being a little flat on t2? Feel like effective but flat, not like t3 flat. Of course using to cut it is expected, just flatter than without it.

I can’t say for sure if it’s mostly the t2 or the fact that I have cut carbs out almost entirely. But I do feel flat especially in the morning when waking up.
