Im trying to lose some BF before school starts up again and I was just reading about no-carb cardio, is that a fast and effective way for fat loss?
I've got less than a month and I wanna shed off as much as possible.
 
Little late to start man. But look into HIIT cardio.
 
fasted cardio sessions are beneficial. I'd also suggest looking into lean gains diet or carb cycling.
