Time Between Cycles (Receptors)

I have "a friend" who's been on PHs for a good long while now, using HCG throughout, and eventually he's gonna come off. He wants to cross over to the dark side next cycle for a long winter bulk. He's thinking Test Prop 100mg ED, Tren 75mg EOD, Dbol (not sure just how much yet). How long would my friend have to be off the legal sauce for to get the most out of his planned illegal sauce expedition?

to me it would work the same way... time off=time on so he might be looking for a long time... I would take the time off anyway to help let the body recover so he can make the best out of the cycle
