Hi i have done 8week epiandro + 11ketospray
now im doing nolva 20/20/10/10 an clomid 50/25/0/0
How much time need to wait after pct and a new cycle ?

You could use either as they dont effect hormone levels... I'd definitely add a test base to your next cycle man!

Rule of thumb = time on + pct = time off

Take it fwiw... get bloods, etc

Exactly. So if it was a 6 week cycle, and 4 week PCT, thats 10 weeks off until you should start your next cycle. It's an excellent rule of thumb.

Thanks for reply , its possible to use yohimbine or ephedrine in this time or affect recovery?

Absolutely, both are stimulants and do not affect the HPTA or recovery. You're good to go using either, buddy!

Hello, thank you for the answers. That pct is due to the fact that in the previous cycle of 11keto to 75mg / day after the PCT had not done break and I immediately started this cycle.

Ah, so you're saying the reason for your strong PCT is not the compounds you're using, but the length of time in which you've been using them?

hi can you give advice on what test base use ? is epiandro a test base ?

If I may post a summarized version of a useful post elsewhere online:

Epiandro (Epiandrosterone or Stano) is a prohormone to dyhydrotestosterone (DHT). Unlike 4-AD, stano will be very dry, and it will lower estrogens to a mild degree. This is greater for avoiding gyno. It also provides users fairly reasonable levels of energy, and some report fat loss benefits (probably just lowered water retention). Epiandro is not going to result in supraphysiological levels of testosterone, so it will not result in greater on cycle gains, but it will help mitigate some of the side effects.

You want something that converts to Estrogen for a test base. Dermacrine is a better choice.

It may be preferential, as estrogen definitely helps. But Epiandro is a sufficient base for mitigating lethargy and whatnot. Many people use it as a test base.

Yes I've heard of that I just don't think it makes much sense. Sure it might help a little bit, but you also have to take a lot of EpiAndro to get those effects. Anything that converts to estrogen is going to work better.

I don't disagree, a wider spectrum of the the hormones needed to various functions is superior to using just one. I'd take a compound like Dermacrine for Test/Estro/DHT in whatever small amount it can provide versus just DHT. But if it's all he has, or if it's what he wants to use, it will suffice.

Honestly i would say nothing beats real testosterone as a test base. DHT is NOT your male hormone that your tests produce. Testosterone has been profected and evolved over hundreds of years to work with our bodies. In the big scheme of things and cycling I've learned nothing takes the place of real true test. i know i'll take flack for this but its a true and hard belief that real BB's and cyclers will agree with.

I think that goes without saying. However, the assumption is typically made that most users aren't going to be pinning actual Testosterone for their test base, though it would be the optimal test base. No OTC test base will give the amount necessary via conversion nor cover all your bases like injectable Testosterone will. But again, for the purpose of what a test base is, which is to mitigate lethargy and replace some of the hormone(s) you aren't producing while suppressed, Epi-Andro is better than no test base. Because DHT will mitigate lethargy in people who are suppressed, this has been demonstrated anecdotally time and time again.
