If you are going to do it, you might as well run 10/20/20 because if you are going to have bad side effects, you'll probably see them at 10mg anyway.

I would say if you have a shadow of a doubt, superdrol isn't for you.

Superdrol seems to be the Godfather of the -Drol's family.

Ive been told to keep it at 10, the sides will not outweigh the gains, but I also wanna take it to 20...

If you are going to take M-Drol don't just dabble. If you do weigh 230, I think 10mg will just be a waste. I would recommend 10/20/20. As long as you know your body have have your PCT in check I doubt there will be any issues.

However, you might start reading about gyno and play with your nips until they become sensitive.

Sorry ya had to cut it short, but good call, better to be on the safe side.
Def got some good results from ur H-Drol cycle though.
Just maintain those, give ur body a rest, recoup, and find something ur body responds better to and hit it up.

its okay GMG, Im so ADD I'd think Id have gyno one minute then wouldn't the next, but I know my body well enough, and would feel more comfortable with going to 20, but Im going to cut before the cycle, i hope to be around 215-220 by the time Im thinking about doing a 3 week, then again it all depends on how I look, feel, and what I learn between now and then

I was not calling you out bro. I went through the same crap. Even with the Epi cycle I would think I felt something off and on. Where you guys are lucky is less extra chest fat that makes you think...Is it gyno or leftover from being a fat ass?
 
My experience with MDrol was during last spring I ran a pulse for 5 weeks (yes 5 weeks, long story not going to go over it again, I screwed up lol).

In any case I gained about 14lbs kept about 5 afterwards. I miscounted my dosing, to be honest BE CAREFUL how much you dose.

week 1 M-W-F 10 mg each day pre workout

week 2 M-W-F 20 mg each day 10 pre 10 post

week 3 (where I f'd up! lol) M-W-F 30 mg 20 pre 10 post

week 4 same as week 3, started having really bad side affects - REALLY BAD (pale stool, extreme lethargy, back pain while lifting, shut down, some chest tightness and moments where I lost my breath).

Started week 5 and stopped after that monday.

BUT

I had amazing gains in strength, and gained nearly 15lbs. (I'm reading this and thinking lord this sounds horrible LOL LOL)

Started at 6' 206.3 11.3% bf ended up 6' 220.8 12.5% (weighed myself first AM before doing ANYTHING)

After PCT I was at 210.6 and 11.1% bf.

Right now I am 207 at 10.1% bf

I got my bloodwork done after pct and actually my cholesterol was below 200 for the first time in my life! LOL

HDL was awesome
LDL was in good shape
My triglycerides were elevated but nothing crazy.

I NEVER USED A SERM, and so far no side affects from the cycle. All I used was 6 OXO Extreme, PCS, and Lean Extreme (15 days in).

I had another blood test just this month and my hormone levels are all in line with where they should be. If I get a chance I'll scan the lab results and post them.

I took all the proper support supps, loaded 2 weeks out and continued through out.

Taurine
NOW Liver Detox and Regeneration (on my off days)

My standard supps are (and I use these everyday):

BCAA
Creatine (didn't use it while pulsing saved that for the PCT)
Glutamine
Coffee/Caffeine (best supp of all time if you ask me)
ON Whey Protein
N2 Large
Cassein
1,3-dimethylamylamine
Gaspari Superpump (again I used this during PCT aka Super POOP)
L-Arginine (again I started it back up during PCT)
Cissus (througout...nutraplanet is the best)

I had SERMS in reserve (shoot they are still in the fridge) but didn't want to destroy my liver anymore than I needed to.

So again almost a year out and no side affects, 2 sets of blood work and all levels (blood and hormonal) are JUST FINE!

But yes, DO NOT go about 20 mg, FAQ that stuff is nasty.

I'd do it again, however I'd pulse 20mg for 4 weeks. NOT 30mg for 3 weeks going a total of 5 weeks! Lord I'm a f'n tard.

Caffeine and PH is a no no my friend... you are a lucky SOB. Can't believe you didn't use a serm lol. Good for you if it worked though.

They both have the tendency to elevate your blood pressure.

Speaking of blood pressure. I just bought a new 50 inch plasma. Let these f*ckers come and try to take this one.
 
I love caffeine too, I was taking NO Explode at the beginning of my last cycle, WOW, BP went through the roof...but now Im good, Hawthorne Berry does the trick

That said, there is a HUGE difference between a few caff beverages and 5 scoops of NOXplode... Everything in moderation.

For sure homie. I was thinking after my Hdrol 1T Feraguno experiment in February/March. I'll let you have the crappy weather and I'll cruise out for spring. :lol:

It is. I run ECA on cycle sometimes. I just make sure to monitor my BP everyday when on the cycle. If it rises, I up the Hawthorn Berries. That usually takes care of it. It didn't with Methoxy TRN though. I had to drop the stims for that one. But it was all good!

I recommend everyone to get a BP unit for their homes to keep a routine check on their blood pressure.
