Tilapia (great for dieting or not??)

In here to remind myself to try and eat some fish. I haven't liked fish since I was a kid other than fried catfish. I have always hated tuna, but managed to scarf down a can the other day and it didn't seem so bad anymore. I think my taste buds have changed and I am willing to try the fishy stuff again. I used to not like veggies and fruits, but I have come to love them now so hopefully I can do the same with some fish.
