I wouldn't use it continuously, 8 weeks on then 2-4 week break.

I haven't seen a lot of reviews on it yet but it's still fairly new. Vital Alchemy has come out with a few new products. Muscle Skulptor had very positive reviews and is a quality product so I would assume Fit Throid would be quality as well.
