I know I've been harping on this same note for a few days, but that freakin ECA stack is rockin' dis haus!! :woohoo: I love that sh*t!! I was wired up big time this morning! Here's some numbers from the fray. CHEST--BENCH PRESSES: 330 x 8-4-2!! Up 5 lbs. from last week. Still ustilizing the DC/Thundergod routine. Deep breathing rest pasues. All back off sets are done with agonizingly strict form and slow negatives with partials at the end of the sets and a static hold on the very last rep. I am getting some fierce contractions from this!! :rant: Back off at 225 X 15. INCLINE BENCH PRESSES: 305 x 8-5-3!! Up 5 lbs. and 1 rep from last week. Back off at 210 X 15. PEC-DECK FLYES: 210 X 15. Up 1 rep. Back off at 150 X 15 and immediately followed this set with a set of Inclines at 150 X 15 very strict reps. Blew my upper pecs up!! PULLOVERS: 145 x 10. Up 5 lbs. Back off at 105 X 15. ONE-ARM CABLE CROSSOVERS: 85 x 12. Up 5 lbs. Back off at 60 X 15. TRICEPS--STANDING TRICEPS PUSHDOWNS: 190 x 8-4-2!! The last time I did these, I only managed 6-3-2 with it. So I added 3 reps!! My intensity is through the roof right now. :aargh: AND I'M NATTY!!! :eek: Back off at 105 X 17. Amazing pump. SEATED ONE-ARM TRICEPS CABLE EXTENSIONS: 85 x 12. Up 5 lbs. Back off at 60 X 15. REVERSE-GRIP PUSHDOWNS: 120 x 15. With very strict form. I highly recommend these! Only 1 set. STANDING ROPE PUSHDOWNS: 110 x 15. And that was that. They were on fire after all of this! I've been blasting on this modified DC routine for 4 weeks now. I'll probably continue to blast for another 2 weeks since I'm still beating the log book. Then I'll do the 2 week cruise peroid after that. Then I should be about to start the injectable cycle at the first of October!! I hope to have all of you back for that one!! :thumbsup:

Have you contacted them since then and asked 'em, "Wut up?" :think: That is a ridiculously long ass time!! I think they may have forgotten you. If you paid money for a product, it usually gets there in less than a week, so what's the hold up on free samples? If they take over 2 weeks for mine, I'll just send them another e-mail and tell them to forget it!! And that I'll NEVER order from their site!! That's uncalled for!! :rant:

I called them a few weeks ago thinking that they had forgotten me and they said my order was one of the next ones to be shipped. They said they get a few hundred requests for samples each day and its hard to keep up.
 
becareful with the trenabol, BD injectables arent to reliable nowadays, make sure there is alot of good feedback on that sources BD products. BDragon has alot of fakes out there. Just a heads up if you didnt know.

Thanks bro. The Trenabol had a 3 star customer rating now that you mention it. I have a few different options on the Tren selection they have. They have a Tren-enanthate also. I might go with that one. It had a 5 star customer rating. Lots of good feedback on that one! :thumbsup:

id say either run test prop with homemade tren ace for a shorter cycle or run the test enanthate wit the tren enanthate for a longer cycle.

If all possible id stay away from anything BD.

Natty Run Day 11

Going natty isn't so bad after all. I'm feeling great and looking lean today! New pics are just around the corner. This time without the hairy back and blinding "whiteness"!! :lol: I'll have a tan, even if it's a fake one. I'll probably just use some Jergen's Natural Glow tan in a bottle stuff. I'll probably look like an orange or something! I've already downed my ECA stack and finished my cycling cardio for the morning. Done in the H.I.I.T style of course. Then I followed that with a 50 gram Whey shake which included 10 grams of Creatine Monohydrate, 5 grams of L-Glutamine, 1 tablespoon of EVOO, and 1 tablespoon of honey. Then I had a huge bowl of oatmeal with a large banana chopped up in it. Later on I'm going to the buffet for a round of steaks and BBQ ribs!! Bring on the protein!! ha ha Have a great day everyone!! :wave::run:

WAR REPORT!! What a workout!! The intensity I am able to generate lately is downright frightening. I can summon up great amounts of rage and fury now!! I had on the "bear-shirt" this morning. Big-time!!! Here's a few numbers!! LEGS--LEG EXTENSIONS: 150 x 15. Back of set at 100 x 20. Great pump from these babies. And they get me plenty warmed up for what comes next....MACHINE SQUATS: WIDOWMAKERS!! 335 x 20!! Hell yeah! It was hard. I had to rest-pause a few times between reps 12 and 20 but I finished it. There was no freakin' way I was going to wuss out and stop. NO WAY!! DC style is still in effect for the next week. Then I will do a 2 week cruise to allow some recovery. Afterwards....it's back on!! All back off sets are done with impeccable form and slow negatives, with partial reps at the end. And a static hold on the very last rep. Back off at 210 X 15. STIFF-LEGGED DEADLIFTS: 335 x 8-4-2. Up 5 lbs. from last week. Back off at 210 X 15. STANDING ONE-LEGGED HAMSTRING CURLS: 110 x 12. Up 5 lbs. from last week. Back off at 60 X 17 reps!! Set 'em on fire!! SHOULDERS--MACHINE SHOULDER PRESSES: 235 x 8-4-3!! Up 5 lbs. and 2 reps from last week!! I'm really pleased with this. Back off at 150 X 17. 0NE-ARM CABLE FRONT RAISES: 60 x 12. Back off at 45 X 15. ONE-ARM CABLE SIDE LATERALS: 70 x 12. Back off at 45 X 15. ONE-ARM BENT OVER REAR LATERALS: 80 X 12. Back off at 60 X 15. All in all, an excellent workout. I have some soreness and pain issues starting to creep up on me now. Hell... it's about time!! I've been pounding the sh*t outta my body for a long time now. I finally have a sore right knee, left rotator cuff, and right side lower back soreness. Ahh....growing pains!! :twisted: I love 'em! As my hero, Road Warrior Hawk used to say, "No pain... no gain"!! Conan the Barbarian literally changed my life. That movie just blew me away. And I was never into weight-lifting at all. When I graduated high school I weighed 160 lbs.!! Then at age 19 I saw Conan on HBO and I went out and bought a weight set and bench the very next day. That movie still motivates me to this very day!! :head::duel:

Up 5 lbs. from last week. Back off at 225 X 12. STANDING ISO ROWS: 210 x 12. Very strict movement. I don't want to add too much weight and lose the feel of them.
