WAR REPORT!!---I'm tapping into something unique and special now. A reserve of power and strength that I've never utilized before. A strong faith in who I am and who made me thus!! Here's the numbers from the fray!--
BACK--
LAT PULLDOWNS: 295 X 8-4-2. Up 5 lbs. from last week. These are still performed in a DC fashion with 15 deep breaths as a rest-pause technique. All back off sets are exectued with impeccable form and slow negatives with partials thrown in at the end and a static hold on the very last rep. Back off at 210 X 12.
REVERSE-GRIP PULLDOWNS: 270 x 8-4-2. Up 5 lbs. from last week. Back off at 200 X 12.
CLOSE-GRIP PULLDOWNS: 255 X 14!! Up 2 reps from last week!
SEATED PULLEY ROWS: 310 X 8-4-2!! Up 5 lbs. from last week. Back off at 225 X 12.
STANDING ISO ROWS: 210 x 12. Very strict movement. I don't want to add too much weight and lose the feel of them. These provide an excellent mind to muscle connection.
MACHINE SHRUGS: 330 x 8-4-2. Up 5 lbs. from last week. And they're finally starting to feel heavy. LMAO!! Back off at 225 X 15.
BICEPS--
STANDING WIDE-GRIP BAR CABLE CURLS: 175 x 8-5-3!! Up 2 reps from last week! WTF??!! I don't know how to explain it. I just tapped into the reservoir of power!! Back off at 105 X 20!! I just kept pumping these mutha's out!!
ONE-ARM CABLE PREACHER CURLS: 80 x 11. Back off at 60 X 14. Up 2 reps.
LYING CABLE CURLS TO THE FOREHEAD 165 X 12. Up 5 lbs. from last week. Back off at 105 X 17! My lats and bi's were pumped up and freaky looking in the mirror. I almost couldn't believe it was me staring back at myself!! That man in the mirror is looking HUGE!!

I have 1 more week of this DC/Thundergod blast cycle. After that I will incorporate a less intense "cruise" period for 2 weeks. Then I will start a new anabolic cycle and a new blast series!! :twisted: I hope everyone will come back for that one!!! :thumbsup: Have a great day all!!
