My next cycle will be a totally natty run that will start Monday and will last for 4 weeks. After the natty run I have a cycle planned that consists of the following compounds for 6 weeks: Sublingual Tren Ace @100 to 150 mg. ED, D-Bol @30 or 40 mg. ED, and finally MDHT 3 or 4 caps pulsed only on workout days 2 hours B4 WO. It should be an excellent strenth cycle!! :twisted: I'll PM you when I start the run!! Thanks bro! And it is great to have you back posting fulltime again. This last cycle was excellent in regards to strength increases. I've never put on so much strength in such a short time span. The DC/Thunder training routine I have incorporated since starting PCT is keeping the strength levels up and on the increase!! Who could ask for more during PCT?? I feel like I'm really tapping into some hitherto unused reserves. I feel revitalized and very strong!! :bb3:

yeah,oral primo was a waste of time, but this will be my first inject cycle and I`m very optimistic about it , it will be a short one but intense, I cant go on long cycles cause I play soccer and if I past the 190 lbs I simply can't run, well lets see if this time I kick some ass:thumbsup:

Isn't it just taking oral tren under your tongue?

Well it would be an injectable tren under the tongue. Tren Ace is best that way, can I ask where you got the idea for sublingual? I would like to read up about it. I was theorizing the molecule with the ester would be to large to pass through the membrane.

It's taken sublingually by cyclo-dextrin delivery. Just google "tren sublingual delivery" and you'll find material about it. :type:
 
Pct Day 21--last Day!!

Well today is officially the last day of my PCT. Tomorrow I start a natty journey for 4 weeks. I will continue to log it here instaed of starting a new thread because I'm looking at it as an extension of my PCT realistically. But now it's time to get down to brass tacks shall we. The Numbers#!! BACK-- LAT PULLDOWNS: 285 X 8-4-1. I couldn't quite complete the second rep of the last part of the set. So I won't count any uncomplete reps. Still doing the DC type rest-pauses with the deep breathing rests, slow negatives at the end with a static hold at the very end. Back off sets are all done very slowly, strictly, and with huge emphasis on the negatives. Back of at 210 X 12. REVERSE-GRIP PULLDOWNS: 260 X 8-3-2. Back off at 200 X 12. CLOSE-GRIP PULLDOWNS: 245 X 12. REVERSE -GRIP BENTOVER ROWS: 270 X 8-3-2!! Big jump from last week and a PR!! Back off at 185 X 12. ONE-ARM BENTOVER ROWS: 140 X 9. Back off at 105 X 12. MACHINE SHRUGS: 330 X 8-4-2. Here's one exercise I'm going to have to increase the weight on! Back off at 225 X 15. BICEPS-- CABLE BAR PREACHER CURLS: 175 x 7-3-2. They're getting heavy now! lol Back off at 105 X 12. CLOSE-GRIP STANDING CALBE CURLS: 160 X 12. Back off at 105 X 15. These really pumped my bi's way da fukk up! :twisted: ONE-ARM OVERHEAD CABLE CURLS: 80 X 11. Back off at 50 X 16. And they were gorged with blood after all of this. I couldn't stop looking in the mirror for a few minutes. :eek: They looked so different than when normal and cold. I thought they almost looked like Arnold's. If his was cold.....and he didn't work out anymore......and he was 100 years old!! ha ha But seriously, they were huge in my eyes. This was yet another effective PCT for me. I have a supplementation protocol that works very well for my body's chemistry. Thanks for all of you who have stuck through this thing with me. I appreciate all of your support. Ah, I see... the cyclo-dextrin, same stuff to make it interorally bioavailable. Though Tren base would be more sufficient.

Oh....by the way...I gained 2 lbs. during PCT without any bodyfat increase. I look leaner as a matter of fact. Lovin' it!! :rolleyes:

Also in the cycle will be the following daily servings of Testofen @2grams, Icariin @2grams, TD Form/Trione combo @80 mg. of Form and 150 mg. of Trione (6-OXO), and the usual supps which are 2 multi-vitamins, 6 grams of Vitamin C, Vitamin B6 @100 mg., Zinc @100 mg., Niacin @1,000 mg., Policasonol @40 mg., Fish Oil @20 grams, Extra Virgin Olive Oil @28 grams (in my Whey Shakes), Hawthorn Berries @2grams, and Milk Thistle @ 1 gram. These are daily servings. They are split up over 3 to 4 different dosings. I'm feeling good after my PCT and ready to go all-out on this short natty run!! LET'S DO THIS!!! :head:

when I go natty , I diet and try to put some cuts on me, I think its a good approach to that phase.

Thanks bro!! This PCT supplementation protocol that I have used the last 3 PCT's is very suitable to my body. I have found the right compounds and the right dosages to bring my natural testosterone back to functional levels within the shortest time frame possible. But I also can't over-emphasize the fact that one needs to keep a positive mental state while in PCT. :thumbsup: Don't be looking for, or expecting bad sh*t to happen. Have a little faith.....it works!! :box:

I'm glad you mentioned that nunes. I am taking a fat-burning/energizing blend at the moment and will continue it thoughout this natty cycle. It consists of the following once daily dose of caffeine @ 300 mg., Green Tea Extract @100 mg., Citrus Aurantium Extract 6% 270 mg. (containing 22 mg. of Synephrine), Chromium @180 mcg., and finally Hoodia Gordonii Powder 4:1 525 mg. I take this blend approxiamtely 1 hour before my workouts or cardio session depending on what training day it is. But they are taken early in the morning as I always train at that time. The leaner I can get before my next cycle, the better as it will include D-Bol. :thumbsup:

Looks like ya had a great cycle. Wish I was around for it. Vacation training is pissing me off with a f'n cast on my arm but I got that sh!t worked out. Won't be around much till late sept so you better slow down or I'll never catch up. lol

Brother Foo....how you do? Yeah, it was a great cycle for sure. It was the best "feeling" cycle that I have done so far. I've had stronger cycles like last one with the Epi, Super-Drol, and D-Bol. That was a strong freakin' run!! But I definitely felt better on this cycle. It's probably the missing Super-Drol that's the reason for feeling better. Hey, doesn't my workout look like a true Yates/Mentzer routine? I love it. I'm really digging those rest-pauses.....big time!! What happened to your arm bro? I don't remember you mentioning that before. :think:
 
Natty Run Day 2

I thought I'd give a general update since the natty cycle is only on day 2 right now. Too early to tell anything just yet. Some stats: Blood Pressure--130/64. Heartrate--57 BPM. Weight--262. I need to buy some calipers and start taking bodyfat measurements. I'm curious as to what % I am right now. I know I'm a lot leaner than my avi or last round of pics reveal. New ones are forthcoming in 2 weeks. Promise!! I'm feeling great this morning. I woke up a few hours ago and downed a huge 50 gram Whey shake with 10 grams of creatine monohydrate, 5 grams of L-Glutamine, 1 tablespoon of EVOO and 1 tablespoon of pure dark honey. I use the honey to cover the nasty EVOO taste!! I ate a huge bowl of oatmeal with a banana chopped up in it. Delicious!! Getting ready to eat again. :food: LMAO!! Got to keep fuel on the fire!! Took all my natty supps (see list a few posts above) and now I'm in relax mode for the rest of the day. No training today so I'll have to find something to occupy my time!! lol Have a great day everyone!! :wave:

My favorite burst would have to be the Blitz-Krieg of Epi, Super-Drol, and D-Bol that I did before this last cycle. Even though I got flamed and was told how stupid that cycle would be, it was real successful in my personal opinion. It had me tossin' around weights that my little naysayers couldn't budge!! ha ha It was a great cycle. One that I WILL repeat someday. I can't say that about every cycle I've put together so far. I would re-do this last one also. It was also very nice!! :thumbsup:

This procedure was conducted for each participant twice, both before and after a 3-week period of sexual abstinence. Plasma was subsequently analysed for concentrations of adrenaline, noradrenaline, cortisol, prolactin, luteinizing hormone and testosterone concentrations. Orgasm increased blood pressure, heart rate, plasma catecholamines and prolactin. These effects were observed both before and after sexual abstinence. In contrast, although plasma testosterone was unaltered by orgasm, higher testosterone concentrations were observed following the period of abstinence. The DC/Thundergod routine is beginning to take off now. I had some major increases this morning. I was pumped up and stoked for this battle. I was chompin' at the bit all day yesterday just waiting for this skirmish!! WAR REPORT-- CHEST--BENCH PRESSES: 325 X 8-5-3!! Last week was 8-4-2. I added 2 reps! :aargh: These are still done in the DC style of rest-pauses with slow negatives and a static hold at the end of the sets. All back off sets are done super strictly with great emphasis on slow, perfect form with super slow negatives at the end. :thumbsup: Back off at 225 X 15. INCLINE BENCH PRESSES: 300 X 7-4-2. Last week was 7-3-2. I added 1 rep. I still couldn't lock out that 8th rep!! Next week for sure! Back off set at 210 X 15. PEC-DECK FLYES: 200 X 15. Last week 200 X 14. Added 1 rep. Back off at 150 X 15. PULLOVERS: 140 X 10. Immediate drop to 105 X 12. LOWER PULLEY CABLE CROSSOVERS: One-arm variety. 80 X 10. Back off at 60 X 15. TRICEPS-- SEATED OVERHEAD TRICEPS CABLE EXT-: 200 X 8-4-3!! Last week was 7-3-1. I added 3 reps!! Hell yeah!! :woohoo: Back off at 105 X 15. ONE-ARM STANDING PUSHDOWNS: 90 X 10. 1 added rep from last week. Immediate drop to 60 X 15. BEHIND HEAD ONE-ARM UPPER PULLEY EXTENSIONS: 75 X 10. 1 added rep from last week. Back off at 45 X 15 for some super strict ones that pumped up my tri's in a big way!! :twisted: So pumped I couldn't even flex 'em!! :eek: That's pumped!! This is a great routine I've got going on here. And I'm in a wonderful stride right now. Everything keeps moving along according to my plans. Good work TG! I think I'm due for a break sometime soon I hope. I put in for a 3 week supply of HCG from a trusted friend, because though I'm doing and feeling ok... I am just not feeling the way I should be at my age. I'll blab about it in the log, but it's good that you're feeling good my friend!
