Lol! I just started smoking again 15 days ago! I hadn't smoked in well over a year! And I haven't felt "the stuff" like i should br from day 1! I'm not sure what it could be from, I have an idea but I don't think its what causing the problem. A "g" should be lasting me like 4-5 days and im going through that amount in 1-2 days so this is become very expensive at a very fast pace! Its bull$hit!
 
I get the green crack in pheonix bro so AZ has just as good of sht as cali I'd say these days. Just listen to CMKz they rapp about AZ bud so...
Maybe out in a field it would be better in Cali or Oregon or some where like that but Hydroponic sht aint grown outside so the quality depends IMO on the competents of the grower;)

Mostly because when I competed heavily in tournaments, they all did urine tests... That and I never liked smoke - cigs still piss me off to this day. After that, I just never really felt like I needed to, I'm 26 now.

Pct Day 7

I just want to preface this post by saying if I have offended anyone here at AM, it was not , is not, and will not be intentional. I apologize for any wrong I have done. Such is not the character of the son of Odin. I am sorry!! :sad:Let peace forever reign in the Temple of the Thundergod!! :head: Now back to show kiddies!!! BACK AND BICEPS--BACK---LAT PULLDOWNS: 275 X 8-4-2. DC style of deep breathing rest-pauses between these. I love that technique. I then did another set at 210 X 12 for some very slow, deliberate, and strict reps here. The mind-muscle connection was in full force. REVERSE-GRIP PULLDOWNS: 250 X 8-4-2. DC again. Another set @200 X 12. Strict ones. Emphasis on the negative portion of the reps. Static hold at the end. CLOSE-GRIP PULLDOWNS: 240 X 12. Great set. Didn't perform a second set. Pump was awesome! :thumbsup: SEATED CABLE ROWS: 300 X 8-4-2. Hard set. I was planning on backing off a bit on these this week like I have other major sets on legs and chest earlier in the week. I honestly forgot to back it off to about 270 or so. So the 300 had to happen once I did that frist rep. I wasn't going to end the friggin' set just to lower the weight. That's not the DOOM CREW way brethren! :head: So I made it happen.I did a back off set @ 225 X 12. Perfect form with slow reps. STANDING MACHINE ROWS: 200 X 10-3-2. DC here, and it was great!! That's the most I've done at these reps! MACHINE SHRUGS: 315 X 8-4-2. Felt just wundebar!! Back off set @ 225 X 12. Very slow with a hold at the top contraction. BICEPS---WIDE-GRIP STANDING CABLE CURLS: 175 X 7-4-2. DC. Hard set, just the way I like 'em!! :twisted: Back off @ 105 X 15 that were so easy the first few reps, I had to really slow 'em down to make 'em hard. Felt so easy. ONE-ARM CABLE PREACHER CURLS: 80 X 8-3. Sort of DC I guess. lol Back off set @ 60 X 12. Really good reps at that! Slow negative, partials at the end with a static hold on the last rep. Fried 'em, but good!! LYING OVERHEAD PULLEY CURLS TO THE FOREHEAD: 155 X 12. And another set @ 105 X 15. Perfect form with a squeeze at the forehead completion of the reps. My biceps were totally blown-up after this session. I'm really digging this DC twist with Thundergod flavor. PCT is exciting this go around. My interest is sky-high right now. I'm focused and dedicated to doing this thing right. Thanks to all my AM family for staying with me, supporting me, and forgiving me when I say things that might be offensive to some. I'm trying hard to amend my ways. Father Odin is watching over me, expecting better of me. I must be worthy of my lineage!! :box:

I absolutely refuse to lose strength little brother!! I am fighting hard with my warrior-born spirit now!! :box::aargh: I eased up on some weights earlier in the week and today for a trial of the DC methods. I lightened up on Bench Presses, Squats, Stiff-Legged Deadlifts, and even Pulldowns today, but then the reps went up!! WTF??!! I can't seem to bridle my rage and aggression these days. I am always freakin' stoked when it's time to toss iron around. I can't let anyone here down. I must be a fighting example. As I have said, "I must be worthy of my lineage"!!! :head:
 
Sounds like a great workout. I've been adding in biceps lately in with cables. She has me set it up like a flye but do standing cable curls. Once I get where I need to be standing right to take the stress off my shoulder I get a suprisingly good pump from it.

I'll have to give those a try. I really enjoy "Hercules Curls". I'm sure you know what those are. Using the cable-crossover machine. Curl 'em in to your ears like hitting a double-biceps pose. They're great for a finishing pump. Thanks for the tip, my sistah!! You're the best, crader!! :thumbsup:

Anyway, I think I'll be copying your stack after I undertake a stack proposed to me by stxnas of X-Mass and Epi (see my thread, "Candy Store" for details--I'd like to know what you think). I hadn't been on this forum in a while, but it's always refreshing to come back and see some well-planned stacks, if unconventional, and receive top-of-the-line, real-time info that I can use. Pct Day 8

Wanted to drop in and give a few updates. I just checked my BP this morning and it is 130/69. Not bad at all for my age, size, and the cycle I just finished. I am feeling totally rejuvenated already only a week into PCT. Libido is all-out raging. Energy is really elevated. Strength hasn't fallen off one iota. In fact, it has increased some in PCT so far!! I'm loving that. And I've gained 2 pounds so far in PCT. Looking really lean too. Pics are forthcoming in the next 2 weeks. Promise!! I can't wait to show all of you the improvemnets that are clear to me and my friends around me. My wife gave me my birthday card a few weeks back, and on the front she wrote, "To my AMAZING Husband"!! Oh that motivates me to no end. There's no turning back or looking back for the Thundergod. Better gains and better times are ahead for me. Thank all of you, my family here at AM forums. I am honored and privileged to be here. Prolly a spinning class followed by an hour of Pilates. At least that's what I do on cycle, off cycle I just do the half hour followed by some intense testicle stretches:thumbsup: How do you do your testicle stretches BS, you ask. Well,..... you take some ducked tape, a chop stick and a 45lbs plate then well..................I think it's pretty self explanatory from there on out.....
