Three weeks before Hip Replacement surgery !! 6 weeks recovery then 2 months to the America !!

Im 63 by Competition MR. America Atlantic City NJ I will be 64 years old. Not bad, but not good either. Much work to do !!

Thank you !! Mindset already had surgery went flawless now im in recovery. In my head 9 days later May 31st real surgery happens, just a formality at this point. Thank you
