Hi - i wonder if you can help me out with a question.
i've been lurking on the forums for a while, and have been working out for around 6 months. anyway, i've just got a new job and, for various other reasons, I am only able to work out 3 days a week. and they are consecutive days (tues, weds, and thurs). i know this isn't at all ideal, but i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions about how to plan my workout around these three days. I'm mainly interested in getting losing my gut and putting on some muscle. i want to hit as many muscle groups as possible, but i'm not sure how best to split my exercises so that i don't overtrain certain muscles at the expense of others.
