Thoughts on VL Post Cycle 3x.

I've been taking a short 6 week cycle of lgd at 10 mgs would VL Post Cycle 3x be good enough or should I run a full pct?

The Post Cycle 3x profile and dosing is terrible IMO. And WTF is the point of having 15 mg of caffeine? Lol. Super PCT or Kingsblood are about a 1000x better formulas for the roughly same price or maybe even cheaper.
