Thoughts on this supplement as far as what it consist of.. waste of money or not?

I wouldn’t bother. Not sure what the difference is with that form of glycerol, but in general, I’m not big on glycerol. And from my understanding, norvaline inhibits arginase (I think) so probably won’t do a whole lot without some substrate like arginine or citrulline.

i actually like a tiny bit of nvaline... but that much will make you get painful pumps. and I don't mean it in a good way.

Why not big on glycerol? It's one of the tried and true pump ingredients out there. I actually prefer pure glycerol, not the GMS, Glycerpump stuff.

Me too. But I use a pure liquid form of glycerol.
