Serm clomiphene 50mg a day
AI exenstane 12.5 mg a day


Pct for 4/5 weeks

What are your thoughts. Think more should be added or some taken away?

At 20 mgs./day of Osta you will probably want an AI during cycle. You can also dose both at once instead of splitting since their half life is around 24 hours, Are you tapering your Clomid the last couple weeks of PCT? Do you have BP issues? I've seen some people come up with BP spikes on LGD, but not a lot. You just don't want to be the one who has issues with no support. Your best bet right here, since it covers a lot of general health bases as well:

Should I go with the same AI as my pct or different? Would I be better off tapering off the clomid? I don't have any bp issues I can and might add a bp support just in case

Taper off the clomid... 50/50/25/25 or something like that instead of 50mgs straight through.

same for the exenstane or is that ok do go 12.5mg the whole time?
