The very first thing you need to do is evaluate where you are and what an acceptable amount of fat is ok for you. After that, calculate your TDEE, then increase that by 100-500 kcal. The less processed the better plain and simple. Other things to keep in mind is as its already said, vegetables shoudl be added into every meal.
