thoughts on my bloodwork?

I ran a test E cycle 3 months ago: 600 ng a week/6 weeks

I was feeling fine until recently: acne, lethargic. low mood.

I got my bw results back

I know 412 total T is considered low, but tbh that is high for me... before my cycle it was 380 and I felt fine

I’d get free test, shbg, and prolactin tested. If those all come back fine, it could possibly be estrogen; although it wasn’t out of range, it was relatively high in comparison to your total test.

Hm. Now im a bit concerned. Wonder if i should get the sensitive e2 essay. No idea whats causing the acne.

I have to check the paper when i get home. I believe free test range was 15-90 or so

I think im going to get another test. This time check dht, sensetive e2, shbg, t3/TSH and prolactin.

What are the sides of high prolactin in men?

Puffy nipples, lactation, reduction in libido, etc. High prolactin can also lead to a non-cancerous tumor in the pituitary that would interfere with the production of other hormones; so I think prolactin is definitely something many people should monitor as a precaution anyways.

the thing is, my libido is good, no nipple sensitivity either. just low energy, slightly emotional, and acne. its weird
