Thoughts on EA 3AD

I received a couple of these as part of a promotion from EA
I researched it but couldn't find enough info on it, do I need a pct for it?

Decent product. Could do otc pct and pick up some kings blood or sustain alpha. Also keep an eye on shredding. I know they claim no shredding but not so with me personally.
