Thoughts on 3-AD?

I’ve used it a few times. Iconics was one of the best runs I had when trying to fit out. Decent strength gains and size.
 
I did an initial YouTube review on it here
(don't mind the "old account" channel name, had some issues but YT won't let us change back the name until 12 days from now). I am using 3AD LLC and currently am just on TRT at 200mg (higher side I know).

Will do a full review again in last few weeks of cycle. But so far loving it!

Thanks for posting this. I'll be following along.

5-6 caps/day is pricey. Hoping the price point eventually comes down.

Yeah it’s pricey but if you use the code “K&K15” you can get a discount at 3AD LLCs main site. I don’t take any “commission” from it, just have it to pass to our podcast audience 💪🤙
 
just got my labs back total test is 602 ng/dl on 3 pumps of androgel and 2 pumps of 3-ad a day..next week i will draw the same labs again without the 3ad. same application site of the androgel and time from application to test.

my starting testosterone level was around castration level of 61ng/dl or something like that
 
Just an update from my initial video;

Still at 5X caps per day and the vascularity is getting crazy. Like veins everywhere haha no change in cardio or diet either. Feels like an extremely mild epistane at this point if I had to compare to something most would know.

If you are able to run topical 3-AD I would assume you probably don't need to run that many caps.

I ran capsules, looking forward to the transdermal. Did not notice any anxiety, quiet the opposite. Really good mood, nothing was able to bring me down. Wouldn't exactly say the "Alpha" feeling, more of a focus and drive. Sleep was a bit better, not much but a smidge. Boosted endurance and recovery. This was all while cutting. Hope that helps.
 
Has anybody that's ran some regular cycles tried 3ad transdermal?

My normal cycles these days look like 450 test, 450 of a second injectable like EQ or masteron. I'm wondering if 3 ad will be a noticable addition if I picked that over something like a winstrol or anadrol finisher. I'm not saying is it as strong as anadrol, I'm saying has anyone run cycle similar to the ones I ran and still got a noticeable add-on from 3ad vs someone who's whole cycle might be Andros. Also dose may play a role. I know guys who run Andros might take epiandro at 300-600mg. But adding 1200+ to a cycle is like adding winstrol. So maybe 3ad would be similarly dose dependent

Each cap is 25mg so 125mg a day. I do 3x pre workout and then 2x later in the evening. Could probably bump up on dose and squeeze out a little more effects but seeing great results so far.

As someone whose used lots of anabolics in the past, this has satisfied the itch. At 35 yo now I stay away from anything except Test and maybe a little Trestolone here and there (I respond great to Trestolone cycles) and 3-AD has been a great addition to my TRT and a huge noticeable boost. I sit at 230-235 lbs usually and keep below 12% bodyfat and I have noticed crazy vascularity on this run so far!

Thank you very much that is exactly the feedback I was looking for! Although I hope I don't get the vascularity lol. I got veins in my shins and head right now lol. If I get any more vascular I'm going to look like I'm stroking out 😂 😂 😂 😂

Lmao, might want to keep dosage below 100mg then :ROFLMAO: Jokes aside, def impressed so far and will continue to keep it in my "cycle" lineup moving forward. Additionally, no DHT sides which for me is huge since I just got a hair transplant. I miss masteron, proviron, epiandro etc. but staying away these days.

How’s it treating the joints? I loved epistane until my joints started to crumble.
 
for me regular oral 3-ad when i took it from PRE maybe 4 years ago feels similar to epiandro. i have taken 3-ad from enhanced labs a year or two ago(5 bottles) and no results. cant say i noticed anything from transdermal 3-ad because i started androgel for hypogonadism within 2 weeks or so of starting transdermal 3-ad. all my results from androgel peaked after 1 and a half months. i have been off transdermal 3-ad for about a week now, we will see if i notice any subjective difference in strength/pumps/vascularity etc. in the following weeks or months. i will hold off from taking any other supplements for the next 2 months until summer is over
 
Just posted my final review in the supps log section for anyone who wants to read it.

TLDR: amazing mood boost, reminded me of a weaker Winstrol without joint issues if I was to make a direct comparison. Had some BP concerns closer to the end but I think I could’ve managed it better if I knew what to expect from the beginning.
 
just got my lab back from 3 days ago for my repeat total testosterone level after being off 3-ad for 2 weeks or so. It was 539ng/dl. my hemoglobin is a little high around 18.2 so i will have donate blood. i knew that was going to happen from the androgel. when i was taking other stuff years ago it was high also

I thought the practice of donating blood was outdated, because your body doubles down to replace what was lost? Wouldn't it be better to take something to lower hemoglob/crit?

giving blood is an easy way to lower hematocrit - why would you want more drugs to do it?
 
i work with a urology practice on a daily basis so i have picked each and every one of their brains regarding the topic of trt. some have most of their patients on injections, some prefer starting on androgel especially for the younger patients that may want to preserve the ability to start a family in the future, my urologist is pretty progressive and has some of his patient on some of the new high dose oral testosterone undecanoate esters Kyzatrex and Tlando ,i cant remember the other one off the top of my head. he actually had a few recently switch from injection to oral because of of high H&H that were regular "gym enthusiast", who actually said they had a huge boost in energy and libido compared to the injections...one of the older urologist that needed to retire 5 years ago does pellet therapy(apparently he has a huge following though). i think it is a wonderful thing there are so many more options now available for people. most of them i talked to about my labs ,my health history, and family history, said i should donate blood

It is imo and yes that is what happens. Not a solution just a temp fix. Serious cardio and staying hydrated works for me.

Alright gents - final review video here! Overall, loved 3-AD. Won't spoil the whole video but for what this is, super impressive stuff considering the side effect profile...

 
Everything sounds great! Then I looked at the prices...Hopefully the price point will come down.

Both worked and are working well for me. The transdermal for me, is stronger. Either way, if your expectations are realistic, this won't disappoint

Yeah, it can seem pricey, but let me put it in context. No harsh sides or really for me, any sides to spend money on to counter, hits many angles like sleep, recovery, energy, mood, focus. To top it off, don't at least for me, need an overly aggressive PCT. This to me makes it worth the price. Raws are also expensive for this stuff, and the ones selling it have legit A+ customer service, I can personally attest to that.

If I was running 3-AD, I would stack the oral with the transdermal. You could probably get away with just doing 100mg of oral daily, preferable pre-workout.

Not a bad combo, but I'd try either one or the other first. Not kidding when I say this stuff is great for mood and focus. I've never gone over 2 pumps or a couple caps, the results I want are there. I'd be worried at higher doses, at least for me, about too good of a mood or focus, and never wanting to sleep lol, just staying busy until it's too late for bed. I suppose the gainz might be better, dunno. Anyways, big fan, regardless of the route.

More than likely getting my Icon One, 3AD from them, and some Iconic Formulations 11 for next run. gonna replace the Icon 11 with the other one. Thinking either black Friday, Christmas, or New Years for the sales, although that stack should get a hefty discount from them prior. We'll see, but getting that stack again, regardless.

They have some of the best prices out there on certain things. I always go through the clearance section. Every once in a while you can find some goodies there.

Yup, for sure, good call. When I worked in Scranton, got to know the owner of DPS, they were like 10 minutes from the factory, he was waaaaay cool. Come to think of it, all the employees were as well, everyone was into it. Got a tour of the gym they had there, it was nuts. 1 level was all machines, other level was all free weights. Buddy and I who worked there would call it "DPS Saturdays", we'd go in and spend like $50 and leave each with a trunkful, not kidding when I say it took us several trips to load up. Every time, we had employees offering to carry it all out, but that was half the fun. Good times.

You had high hematocrit from androgel and 3AD? May be the first time I've seen that related to gel.

Any compound can thicken the blood. Also up to the individuals body chemistry. Everyone responds to stuff, very differently. I always run borderline high w/out any compound (50) my TRT dose (only 75 mgs a week) puts me a tad over... (52, etc)

Agree although it's much more common on protocols that cause high spikes. I never had issues with androgel although I also got very little increase in test even at the highest dosage. Test Cyp even at 100 per week drove mine super high having to do multiple phlebotomies a month. Full disclosure prior to that I had cruised on high dose test and often tren for years which maybe set up that issue. I've been off TRT for years now due to that but am currently looking into enclomiphene.
