After your opinions please

Fat burner wont start for a few months which is OL Assassinate, OL Super7 and OL Forslean.

Considering buying the following Redcon1 Somal-4, Halo, Aftermath, Shield. x 2 cycles

Now this is some expensive stuff - so I'm happy to read other peoples suggestions that covers the above Redcon1 line up

Well the only real hormonal product out of that line up is Somal-4. Halo is just a natural laxo product. Somal-4 is 130mg of 4 andro daily which price per serving is not good at all compared to many other products out there.

If you want a good beginner hormonal stack run 4 andro and 1 andro. 4 andro won't do much solo in terms of gains.

In terms of which products have the best doses look into OL elites and super mandro and mandro the giant. You would want to get 300mg of both compounds to make the run worth it. You will also need to get a serm.

If you search in the supplement logs section you can find multiple logs on super mandro and andro the giant as well to see the results that other people got and how they dosed them.

I cant seem to find any difference though with the OL Elite compared to the non elite ones. Am I missing something here?
Do I need a PCT with the ones you suggested?

Sorry for the questions but what is generally considered a quality stack in prep for a comp?

The elite's are the 90 count and the non elites are 60. This is a good beginner stack. Yes you need a PCT with these.
 
AFI is right, there are much better options for you.

Either way, you're going to need cycle and pct supports. CEL cycle assist on cycle (tudca as well should you choose a methyl compound vs an andro); sns inhibit e (should you choose a mild aromatizing compound); CEL pct assist / M-test for pct; SNS reduce xt for cortisol control (start wk 2-3 of pct and run past your serm).
